Group 7-day waking average?

There are plenty of low carb corvette bread recipes online.

I’d trust this one as her recipes always work.

Thank you

The only things is no count of carbs

Looks more like a cake rather than an actual bread, a bit like a banana bread which is really a cake.
What are corvettes?
Well my courgettes made a lovely low carb vegetable lasagne. i thought of making another recipe of bread or muffins with walnuts in the recipe but as you say its cake . He’s out tonight ringing and I am thinking the smell of freshly baked bread or cake . no no Anne . Pats self on back . Don’t spoil it for yourself . The temptation will be too much .Maybe hubby will make with me at weekend and he will ensure i eat a ration amount and put the rest in the freezer. My thought n plan . oh but it does sound yummy . please please sugars lower tomorrow

I'm not surprised, it's not easy as I get pop ups appearing just where you want to read.

Ok. I think it must be an American recipe maybe calling it zucchini is a give away, but yes 4.6g total carbs but 2.5g fiber leaving 2,1g net carbs, again a give away as it says fiber not fibre as in UK.

ah so we deduct the fibre off . i never knew that .

Only if American information, in the UK the fibre has already been taken off the carbohydrate value.
ill count it in . it will not make too much difference just means ill eat less which is always good.

00:26 BS 5.2 🙂 Body clock moving further round, by another two hours, slow but, moving!🙄:D

A Very Good Morning, in the middle of the night for me, to you all & have a Wonderful Day! 😉

Oooh! What kind of house would I like? I rather fancy one of those fantastical fairytale palaces that King Ludwig II of Bavaria created! 😛😎:D

To speed things up a bit I put in 78 tresiba yesterday since DSN is on a week’s leave until next Monday & my health centre’s practice nurse can only give me basic advice as she’s said to me before she doesn’t have the experience to advise me: I miss the previous practice nurse who retired a few years ago who was much more experienced; not as specialist as the hospital DSN but, was more helpful. Knew I’d have to compensate with more NR & BOY! Did I have to especially, that midday period, dinner before a very delayed bedtime to get my BS back down to, I threw in the towel a bit there from exhaustion, low 12’s just after 18:00 & slept. I won’t mention the amount but, I DEFINITELY kept in mind NOT to go TOO overboard & forced myself awake hour after hour, dozing off here & there, with alarms to keep testing in case I overdid it to get my BS back down slowly: without food correction’s definitely don’t work; got around it by eating half an oatcake with the correction & THAT worked! 🙄🙂 To wake on a HS is a nice surprise!😱😛

So far, today I’ve tried cutting down NR a bit as increased tresiba starts coming through SOMETIME?, but, by how much? A bit too conservative & added a correction at 1 hour after when my stomach is still quite full of food: that works; it’s at 2 hours or more when my stomach’s empty that it doesn’t work! 🙄 It REALLY did seem stuck for hours on end testing without the libre with me not eating & it was libre that showed BS going down & back up again! I noted all these things down on the libre logbook as I noticed them occurring repeatedly & DSN, & hospital team, will have a long read next Monday!🙄:D I asked a lot of questions & worked out most of the answers myself with the help of libre: limited as it was as the constant readings of a full CGM update still hasn’t worked for me & only doing manual scans; did a LOT of them, when awake! I was draining my iPhone battery with the Bluetooth to no end & the lost contact alarms that I switched alarms & Bluetooth off! 😡 Can’t help that one Mad Face emoji; it was annoying!

I’m kinda getting to know what to expect now!

@Lanny you deserve more castles so here’s one of my fav’s I’ll gift you…
