Down slightly, but still happy with a 5.0...Well this came as a surprise this morning, happy with a 5.2... And now for a cooked breakfast treat...
Ooh! Hope you get to see the puffins at Bempton, along with lots of other seabirds of course. Should be seals at Flamborough too. I’m jealous. Enjoy.Today we're heading for Bempton cliffs and Flanborough Head
Congrats Barbara. What about some new stables instead of a house. @ColinUK get on to it please.Well, it seems like it's my turn today.....

Very happy with that. I did get a low alarm at 6am for a 4.1 which I decided to ignore and go back to sleep as it was close to getting up time and no evening Levemir in my system to drop me lower and fully expected levels to start rising which they clearly did. This is my 6th day of no evening Levemir and it is working well for me at the moment..... apart from the night I ate too much peanut butter 🙄. Slept like a log. Really blissful restorative sleep , which is usually the case if I can get my BG levels nice and low and steady. (sorry @ColinUK no gloating.... would happily send you one if I could)
Really don't need a house guys as I can't keep on top of the one I have got but appreciate the thought.
I also have an interesting 7 day daily pattern too.... "a tadpole" to add to our menagerie of unicorns and flatfish and the occasional porpoise.

Needless to day I have better management of my BG when I am awake 🙄 . It also shows I have my breakfast spike well and truly tamed.....it makes it look like I don't eat breakfast!
Anyway, must head out and start the day. I got very little done yesterday with helping other people, so today is catch up day.
This is what we're hoping, haven’t seen puffins since we went to Iceland about 10 years ago. We saw Curlews and Lapwings up on the moors yesterday, and heard a cuckoo all the way round, Particularly at the moment OH was felled by a head height branch he'd failed to see because he was wearing a baseball cap with a long peak, and concentrating on not putting his feet in the bog, and landed on his back in the mud looking like a stranded beetle.Ooh! I know I shouldn’t laugh but as someone who can trip up over the pattern on the carpet, I’m glad it’s just not me who always comes back from a walk caked in mud. Hope it was only his pride that was hurt. This is what we're hoping, haven’t seen puffins since we went to Iceland about 10 years ago.
