Group 7-day waking average?

Afternoon all. It was a 5.3 for me much earlier today.

Have a great day folks, and stay well.

Good afternoon. A fabulous sunny day today. 8.2 this morning. I managed to twist my knee yesterday so it's a bit tender. Still did my keep fit session but dialled back some of the exercises. Had a nice coffee and fresh out the oven cheese scone with a friend at a new cafe in the village. Very nice. Then a brisk walk home to bring the BG back down.

Congratulations on your exam results @Eternal422

Grandparent duties sound like a full time job @eggyg . I bet you will be ready for another holiday soon.

Have a lovely day everyone and take care <3

I’ve just been thinking that myself! Wow! Two babies together is very hard work. Luckily, this won’t be happening very often. For some reason, I thought having them both together would be a good idea, “get it over with” sort of thing! Maybe not. Got them both down for a nap about 12.40, youngest in cot, other in buggy. We’ve managed about 20 minutes sit down, after tidying up after lunch, before older one woke up. 🙄 Only 3.5 hours to go! It’s a good job they’re very cute.

Great news! I passed! I got 42/46, of course I’m pondering why I got 4 wrong,
Tony that's an impressive 91%, you did very well.

Good afternoon I’m Mr late on parade again today, ‘twas a Len today

went back to bed his morning (after taking my wife to work) congrats on the HS yesterday @PattiEvans :star:
Spoke to a GP yesterday who prescribed some creams for the suspected shingles that came on over the weekend, I’m already taking antihistamines to stave off hay-fever

today is my second day with no insulin (yesterday was due to drop from 3 units to just 2) but thought let’s give it a go and see how it goes
The GP who looks often my Diabetic needs phoned just now to review how I’m getting on on Mounjaro he was pleased to hear I was happy to try and see how it goes without insulin (think I’ve now been taking insulin for over 10 years I shall have to look back in the NHS app and see when that was introduced)

I emailed a photo of my toe to the high risk foot care team I’m still under, the blister still hasn’t really as nicely and off colour, was weeping this morning so reassuring they can see me on Thursday afternoon.

hope everyone is having a Terrific Tuesday 🙂

Well, i am officially worn out. Aching feet and back but we've had a lovely day. We've walked around famous sites in London, narrowly missing The Queen being driven into the Palace. We'd just crossed over the road when the car came behind us. All i saw was the back end of her car, hubby saw who was in it. Next time we come down we plan to see some galleries.

@eggyg i have every respect for you walking the miles you do!

Tomorrow we check out of the hotel early then head to the V&A for the Cartier exhibition. Looking forward to that.

I hope everyone else has had a good day

@Eternal422 congrats on your exam result.

I hope it isn't shingles as it can linger quite a long time though it you act quickly enough you can have a weeks course of antivirals which should help, but only if taken soon enough. A friend got it and even though she had the antiviral is still suffering stabbing pains round her middle after nearly 6 weeks.

:party:congrats @Eternal422 :star:<3
