Group 7-day waking average?

As @everydayupsanddowns says, the way I do it gives the option of reducing the image size before sending, which I always do. I will sometimes screenshot a picture so I can crop it using the snipping tool, and then paste that into a post.
Sound advice Martin, thank you.

late today 5.1 this morning, well it looks like my fight for funding for DMO treatment is at an end, I had an email from the ICB who said sorry I should not have been offered treatment at SpaMedica in the first place as there is no pathway to fund my condition, in other words it would be to costly, that's what I think is the reason. So ive emailed Spa Medica and asked what the cost is to go private, bet they won't ignore that email, I do feel very let down by the NHS, a phobia is a condition and its not just me not wanting to go to Hospital, its like walking into a den of Lions that haven't been fed for a month.

So sad to hear after all the delays and passing thr buck that the NHS choose not to support your request. I hope that you are able to get treatment quickly now albeit as a private patient.

Thanks I could write a book about the incompetent way everything has been dealt with, knowone has any idea, there has been so much conflict its just a joke, the best part is, everyone ends up saying I need treatment and I HAVE to go, and treats me like a child that has throne there dummy out of the pram, even the letter I got today ended up with, your GP will be in touch to arrange treatment as your local hospital. which isn't happening,I haven't dare post how high my BP has been over the last few weeks which I know will only make my condition worse.
