Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all, 5.3 here, so close!
Off to do the weekly food shop, it comes round quicker every week. Need to get there and back by 9.30 before they set up temporary traffic lights to mend a burst water main. It would be too much to hope that they fill in the huge crater in the middle of the road while they’re about it. We are just used to all the potholes now, but we had guests from Preston the other week, who arrived looking a bit pale, having feared for their suspension once they left the motorway for the last cross country bit.

No bright and sunny start today - it's dull, grey and wet. Up at the crack of dawn to take our youngest over to Tesco for his 7-till--4 shift, as his car's not fixed yet. Mobile mechanic is here today to do that. Picked up a newspaper on the way back and will shortly settle down with that and a cuppa.

Trip into town later to pay in a cheque at Nationwide. Now there's a novelty. It's the road tax refund from the DVLA now that we've changed our car, and this afternoon we have someone coming to quote for some maintenance work on our block paving drive, which we also want widening.

5.8 this morning.

Enjoy the start to the week.

Morning folks. 6.1 here - looks like the Omnipod 5 heard me whingeing about it LOL. About time!

Picked my OH up from Swansea bus station last night and home by quarter to 10. The dogs were veeeery happy to see him after two weeks away. I’m happy too - I get my life back! The pooches are used to having someone at home all the time, so weren’t too pleased when I had to go to work and leave them on their lonesome, poor dabs.

The sunshine has done a runner. Oh well, it’s not raining...yet.

Morning folks,

A damp start here today, and the weather forecaster last night promised a big wedge of blue descending between now and Wednesday with the potential for minus 3 😱

Looks like spring is over, and we’re back to winter. o_O

5.9 for me this morning 🙂

Morning

5.4 today and having a bit of a rest day after the weekend of clearing out FIL’s house, finally feel we made some progress, large skip arrived this morning, son in law arranged it and will spend the day filling it with all the rubbish cleared out piled up round the back of the house, I did offer to go over and help him as hubby is at work, but he declined the offer, being a builder he probably thought I would just get in the way rather than be any real help, but we are really grateful to him for spending his day off doing this for us, especially as today is his and our daughter’s 2nd Wedding Anniversary.

Grey and damp today

It’s getting very crowded on the 5.3 step as I’m shuffling onto it with the others. Nice flattish line all night.

Rushing to spend my 20% discount and two £20 vouchers in M&S in Truro today. Then perhaps a look in Matalan.

Have a good day all!

I think my sensor was playing up yesterday, reading lower than actual BG by 2 to 3 mmol/L when I checked with fingerprick tests. I didn’t drink as much as I normally do (non alcoholic drinks that is  ) so I’m wondering if that was the reason for the lower readings. Anyway, it seems to have pulled its socks up this morning and gave me a 5.8.

More flooring tiles to be laid today so we will be hanging around the house all day. Planning to do my electronics practical exercises for my course. Feeling really chuffed that I got 100% in the afternoon week 6 revision quiz so I’m spurred on for the second half of the course and then the actual exam after that, gulp!

Have a good day everyone!

Morning everyone, 4.7 for me.

I had a dream last night that I went for a really long run. I woke up so proud of myself and then remembered that it was only a dream!

I feel not quite right with a weird headache, tiredness and having gone off many foods, which I put down to pregnancy. Very tempted to stay off work today but I would have felt miserable mooching about at home.

I did have a lovely time yesterday walking in the sunshine in Christchurch though.

3 weeks til the Easter break...

4.7 for me this morning and the straightest of straight horizontal lines on 4.4 through the night. Normally I would sleep really well at that level, but I kept waking up far too hot, nearly every hour. Quite surprising that didn't reflect on my graph but you would think someone had drawn it with a rule!
Dull and overcast here and definitely cooler.

A very misty morning at 5.40 when I was woken by our moggy Betty for her breakfast. Let the chickens out and went back to bed.
Got up at 8.30. Another 6.7 for me, so all is well.
Hubby needs to phone customer service about leaking water tank and DWP to apply for his state pension. Tried to apply on line and told he must phone them. Treated himself to a new potting bench, which needs to be assembled today.
Not quite so warm today but as the weather is turning cold and showery from tomorrow I will get back out in the garden again.
Have a good Monday everybody.
