I’ve heard of Christmas in July: apparently it’s very popular in Australia & southern hemisphere countries; just never heard of it in May!Morning all. 7.4. The sun is shining the sky is a very pale blue and looking at the tall trees, theres quite a breeze. Today i'm going out with my friend for our 'christmas' day (we don't buy gifts any more, we go out for a day somewhere). We're off for a wander around shops, meal at a Greek restaurant then off to the theatre. A day of laughter and relaxation and i'm looking forward to it (just hoping the heel isn't too painful). A bit of ironing to do this morning then after, a bit of pampering.
Congrats on the HS @eggyg. Have a safe journey back and i hope your daughter's move goes ok.
Ps. I found out the cause of the loud scrabbling noise night before last, it was the fox ripping up some plastic sheeting a neighbour had used to cover things. They are getting to be a nuisance. I think there must be a den nearby too as the one that visited us looking through the window last weekend was very small, a cub maybe.
Have a lovely day everyone. I hope the sun is shining wherever you are.
