No... there’s 4 portions leftover!Congratulations on the HS
The Normandy Pork dish sounds yummy. I guess it's too late to ask for an invite to dinner![]()

Thanks Pam that is helpful.I have been taking Biotin supplement for a few years now the strength is 12.000 mcg and Zinc 100 mg never had a problem with taking it.
That will be because I was at home in County Durham and my alter ego @Robin clearly didn't look up and wave at the right time on my behalf.... or more likely you didn't recognise her because you were looking out for me! Hope you have a fab holiday and the weather isn't too wild but the party atmosphere is!@rebrascora I did wave as we flew overhead but I didn’t see you wave back!
OMG RobinMorning all, 4.1 here, crawling along the top of the red all night, had a couple of JBs at one point, which raised me a fraction, then I went straight back down.
Maybe I will have to try this out at breakfast. Who knew Nutella came in ginormous pump dispensers…when's Christmas?

If he had blood tests in hospital then they should have picked up if it was a UTI.That will be because I was at home in County Durham and my alter ego @Robin clearly didn't look up and wave at the right time on my behalf.... or more likely you didn't recognise her because you were looking out for me! 5.8 for me this morning, but another 2 JBs were required overnight and woke at 4am tossing and turning worrying about my brother who is really not right at all and unless there is some serious change, he is not fit to live independently which is a real worry. They took him into hospital but bloods came back OK so he was discharged. They think the morphine for his fractured pelvis is causing the confusion but it is scary just how much he has deteriorated. My sister went over and got him yesterday for a couple of days but I really don't know what will happen long term unless there is some miracle turnaround. His mental ability has been declining for a while before this, not helped by his lifelong reliance on alcohol and we don't know if he has been drinking whilst taking the morphine and he won't give us an honest answer if we ask.
Thanks for the urine dip strip suggestion @Leadinglights but he wouldn't manage to test himself anyway or even collect a sample for us to test, even if he lived on the doorstep which he doesn't anymore. It's really sad! He has a daughter who has 4 young children, so she isn't in a position to help much and he is becoming resistant to help anyway as feels he is being ganged up on. Sorry for offloading, but as some of you know, it helps just to process it by writing it down.
Yes, the hospital said his tests were normal. I was thinking more for the future if this situation persists which I suspect it may.If he had blood tests in hospital then they should have picked up if it was a UTI.
You do feel rather helpless in those situations.
So sorry about your brother @rebrascora. Its an upsetting and worrying time for you and your sister. Offload away, we don't mind. Take care.. Sorry for offloading, but as some of you know, it helps just to process it by writing it down
Chocolate con churros (very thick hot chocolate with churros) is a staple of cafés in Spain in the mornings. Our children tried it and they couldn't manage more than a quarter of their chocolate serving, it is that thick and sickly. This is on the menu at breakfast here…View attachment 34752
