Group 7-day waking average?

Morning everyone, it was a 4.7 for me earlier this morning.

Have a good day everyone and stay safe.
.

4.4 this morning despite me nibbling on toffee popcorn last night, daughter and taken our cat back to the vet to check her the lump has gone down but she still thinks its cancer but given her 2 weeks on meds and said while ever she is happy eating and alert which she is, its up to us what we want to do, so for now were going to keep her on the meds and keep everything crossed, what I don't understand is last week the vet said the lump will not change if its cancer, but it hasty quite a sizeable difference

Hi, late on parade today. Been up for hours tho'. Another grey day but dry.

7.1 this morning. Have been preparing a three course meal for our friends who will be arriving around 4pm if their Sat Nav app is to be believed - but WAYZ is usually very accurate. They'll be staying 3 nights, so might not get a chance to post after today. Tonight we're having Foie Gras, followed by Confit de Canard, (both brought home from our French holiday) roast potatoes in duck fat, baby courgettes, asparagus and tender stem broccoli, followed by the flourless choccie cake and cream. Yesterday I went down the local totally unaware that the arm of my sweater was coated in chocolate! Tomorrow lunchtime we're dining at the local catering college - that's always fun! Specially if we get the first years waiting on! Seriously they are lovely kids and often very nervous. Up to us to be reassuring, but the food is always excellent.

@Bloden, congrats on your HS, but sorry you are suffering. Hope you recover soon.

@Elenka_HM Cardiff is a very buzzing city. Lots of lovely restaurants in the Bay area and some in the main town. Also some beautiful arcades full of individual shops. Visit Rum and Fizz for a pre-dinner drink and be transported back to a Victorian parlour. Or visit The Ivy restaurant which has the most quirky ladies toilet I have ever been in, see pic. Foods not bad either!

Have a good afternoon/evening all...

Was shocked to have a 6.6 waking BG today, it did drop to 4.9 at one point, which set my libre, low bg alarm off, so now I know what that sounds like, before jumping back above 5 a few minutes later.

In other news, I'm now managing to be between 5 - 12 most of the day, instead of up in the high teens, so progress is being made.

good evening I’m late on parade today ‘twas a Len this morning

Busy day @2work today, and was an extra early start, works gone quite well recently, a few days ago I joined a neurodiversity group, it was done on a teams call (as is the modern world) certainly was quite interesting and think will be supportive of people’s needs, found it quite an eye opener to how people get treated, not all badly I’ve also volunteered to join a disability one

Looks like I’ve not lost any weight this week, but to be honest with myself I know I need to up my activity a bit.

I’ve another visit to the vampires a week today, my next appointment come through at EYE department ironically the same day I’m in audiology to get my hearing aids, feeling old tonight… 🙄

TC 😎

Morning all. 6.2, first up I see. Been awake for hours, got up at 5.30 as I was fighting a losing battle with sleep.

Quiet day today, maybe a trip to Tesco and local butcher, otherwise no major plans. Except maybe a nana nap later!

Have a fab Friday.

GoodMorning 6.0 today

have a excellent day 😎

Good morning on this bright and sunny Friday morn! Well it’s not like that here but it must be somewhere!

5.5

Good morning! Joining @khskel on the 5.8 step today.

Another early start as Wheelchair Services coming between 8:00 and 18:00. I really feel this ten-hour window is unnecessary and disrespectful to patients! Was speaking to another about this yesterday and they said when they got a leg it took them 12-weeks to get a foot-plate and they turned up with one for the wrong wheelchair.

Very grey!

6.9 - oops! Not entirely surprised. I did have one of Mr B's birthday cupcakes last night.

Last day before some very much needed annual leave. Just hoping I can have an hour or so to tie up loose ends otherwise it'll be a late finish.

Both of my older two have reading weeks this week so we're expecting our daughter back from Manchester this evening and our eldest son back from Sunderland tonight. Can't wait to see them again.

Happy Friday to you all!

First morning reading for a while: 5.7

Despite a pub night with beer and crisps.

Morning all. 8.7 here.

Cylch Darllen / Book Club this morning - we’re reading our way thru a book of short stories. They’re brilliant! Proper short stories with an unexpected twist in the tail. Lesson planning, then an hour of work training this afternoon.

Have a FAB time with your folks in Caerdydd / Cardiff @Elenka_HM. Patti’s right, it’s a lovely city, especially the quirky arcades with small shops and galleries. And there’s some surprisingly international art at the National Gallery. ¡Que lo paséis muy bien!

Morning everyone, it’s a happy 5.3 for me today on yet another grey day, is the sun ever going to shine again?

Have a great day everyone and stay well.
.

Morning all

Happy Friday everyone!

A 5.1 for me when the alarm went off. 5.4 after the 9 min ‘snooze’ when I hauled myself out from under the duvet. So somewhere in between I missed a fleeting HS.
