Group 7-day waking average?

Evening all...Where has today gone?

6.0 this morning - and a lovely flat line overnight. Well pleased with that!

Lunch at the catering college was absolutely superb. Great service and delicious food. 3 choices of each course.... we all had the duck pancakes with hoisin sauce to start. Julian and Liz had the tandoori Gurnard with coconut rice, John and I had the chicken and ham hock pie with roasted new pots. I have to say the rough puff pastry was fabulous. Then the other 3 had the vanilla cheesecake. I declined dessert. 2 bottles of Viognier were consumed. Dear oh dear... naughty us. Then a walk around town. Bus home and a visit to the Range which is just around the corner from the bus stop with our friends, whilst Julian went home. I bought a frame for the Star Map I've got Julian for Xmas. It's of the stars in Nassau on the night we met in 1983.

Now all home... and will have cheeseboard and pate in the fullness of time.

I have this occasionally in this site where it seems confused between yesterday/today/tomorrow - seeing posts for tomorrow is particularly confusing! I know @eggyg has seen this as well!

It still happens but just on my phone not my iPad. Very odd!

@ColinUK I'm joining you in the same club, I’ve 38,36,&34W jeans in the wardrobe think I need do some clothes recycling
the real frightening thing is, back in 2019 I was actually a 44W and a 54”chest, now my 34W jeans are starting to hang on me a bit
but it’s certainly good to be in better shape and a lot more healthy for us, especially any of us that might be Diabetic

Good morning everyone

BG 5.3

We had a good evening yesterday. We both watched a few Wallace and Gromitt films together. The curse of the Ware Rabbit is brilliant. My wife liked it because a lot of the humour is visual.

Today it's a 'mens breakfast' at the church at 8:30am. I will go to it and set up the sound for Sunday at the same time. Well not exactly at the same time ... 🙂

Morning and a cheating 5.2 as it happened after I had walked the dogs when I woke up with an actual 5.Funny night as went up into 11s very briefly after late high 5 hours after eating Pizza ( had been pretty low in evening).Took 2u correction before bed and then 2 Dextrose when it dropped down to 3.9 but then settled down fairly flat.
Lunch out today and a few more leaves to clear after a good session yesterday.
My wife said go down the garage and get the leaf blower to save on effort but the exercise is great for getting my BG down quickly and I actually enjoy it.When I did hard landscaping I always thought sweeping up stuff was a very easy option but it can be quite hard work.

5.3 for me.

Yesterday was an interesting day, went out for lunch and ate way more carby stuff than usual. Some of it was lovely, some not so. Tested and wasn't surprised to hit a massive 12 4. My fault entirely. Retested 20 minutes later and it had dropped to 7.3. That's a lesson learnt as the holiday season approaches. Enjoy but keep to moderation.

It probably is to you. SE20. Due an upgrade next summer where I’ll probably get the latest super dooper model. iPhone 256 or something like that. NOT! I’ll probably get the next one up of the one I’ve got now! The new ones are HUGE, they won’t fit in my jeans pocket, they’re almost as big as my first mobile phone in the 90s. A burgundy Sony Ericsson with an ariel! :rofl:
 
Good morning one and all. 5.9 at 6.30. Just laid until 7am when my phone buzzed at me, 3.6! Obviously a compression low as it’s nowhere in sight on my graph.

We’re planning on going into town today, Mr Eggy needs new slippers, he made the foolish mistake of paying the grand total of £6 for a pair in Tesco. ( His had fallen to bits and he couldn’t wait until Santa brought him some) He has never, and I mean never, stopped whinging about them, lumpy inside, really uncomfortable, sweaty, misshapen blah blah blah. What did he expect? I’m taking him to Clarks! We’re also planning of doing a walk by viewing of a house youngest daughter and hubby are going to see on Monday. We think we know which one it is and we also think it was flooded either the Great Flood of Carlisle 2005 or the even Greater Flood of Carlisle 2015, maybe even both. It seems a lot of house for the money compared to others they’ve looked at. The details just say it hasn’t flooded in the last five years. It’s overlooks the river Eden and is an amazing place and they love the look of it, we think there’s flood gates there now but it’s while since we walked round there. They’ve already looked at an Arts and Crafts one for the same price which they also love but will need loads doing to it. Tomorrow they’re going to see an almost brand new house on a estate for the same price and which won’t need a thing doing to it. But it’s not really what they want, but they’re getting a bit desperate now, like @TinaD.

Good morning! Woke at Len o'clock to a 6.2 after a bad night with a weird BG profile I will post later

Wheelchair guy came later than expected and nearly overlapped with supermarket delivery. Basically front castors needed a clean and lube although it was talked it up in the way too many garage mechanics do. I find this gets worse as you get older and rapidly so when you are in a wheelchair - totally unprofessional!

Very grey! Slight must!
