Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all sorry didnt post for a long time today was a 4.6 was alot ups and downs the past month still bussy figuring out what is the reason the Doctors are not shore bot was a few times 16 and had wery big downs as low as 2.1 bot it looks like its getting back on track lets hoppe it will stay like this

Morning all, a lowly 4.6 for me on yet another grey day..
.

I drove over to have a look - not the prettiest building in Wales but good sized rooms. Needs a much bigger garden which, with a swift planning application, could be provided. Means changing Dr but Cardigan has a swish new health centre. There is also a bus which passes the end of the drive on an hourly basis - handy if I lose my licence. Life is so full of compromises: which do I go for? Poor capital gain for the grandkids? Camping out in tiddly box while major building works go round me? Accepting neighbours that close? Aargh! Head clutching time.
The last place seems the best bet to me... the close neighbours might well be lovely people. Not me who has to live there though. One of our neighbours is just lovely and we've become friends whilst respecting each other's privacy. The one on the other side we do not like at all... but beyond being polite if we bump into her we do not have anything to do with her.

I've been slowly taking down a tree growing up a wall at the end of the garden. Its been there for a very long time, well before we moved in, and has a lot of dead "stuff" in it. Every time i go up, the robin appears. He seems to be quite tame, getting closer each time.

Morning all on yet another grey day. Windows coated in salt so I think we must have had some wind in the night.

7.9 this morning, possibly due to 3 Dextro tabs and half a ginger cookie at 4 am. HCL should have sorted it, but clearly didn't.

Don't have much to do today, have watered my orchids with rain water, misted them and cleaned the leaves. Currently only one out of 5 in bloom.

Making Chicken Jalfrezi and sag aloo for dinner. Hubby will have a naan but I won't, though I may have a bite of his.

Congratulations to @eggyg @ColinUK @goodybags and @BobbleHat on your HSs. (I had to giggle when I saw all those nicks in a row).

Have a great day all....

Good afternoon folks on this chilly day.
Went to bed on 13.4 ~ woke to 9.1 Pleased with that. Maybe tomorrow I'll wake in the 8's fingers crossed. I'm trying. Just need to kick our DF into touch. She's a menace for sure!!!
Still feeling nauseous on these new meds so think I'll start taking Probiotics to relieve the unpleasant symptoms.
Well done all those HS's
Take care and look after yourselves.

Good afternoon everyone! 6'9 today, not too bad.

Currently in the train, not far from today's destination. Should have arrived by now, but I missed one of my connections. I kind of expected it, with 2 train changes, and I waited less than an hour. Plus I won't have to wait around for the check-in. So I'm taking it positively. I guess I'm generally in a good mood cause I like to travel, and I'm off work for a week 🙂

Not so good is my fridge stopped working two nights ago. Not a lot of food was lost, luckily, but not sure how long it was off and if my insulin was affected. I left the spares in my neighbour's fridge until I come back from holiday. Since it didn't make sense to buy any fresh or frozen veg yesterday, I got a tin of mixed veg to have for dinner with some rice and tinned squid I had in the cupboard. It was giving uni student vibes  I do like tinned fish and beans, but I find tinned veggies very sad. Is fine for one day, tho.

Good morning! 9.3 after a slightly puzzling overnight run I will post separately.

Ready and waiting since 8:00am as Wheelchair Services between and 8:00 and 18:00 and District Nurse between 9:00 and 12:00. DN slot not too bad as one a year ago was 8:00 to 20:00 and appeared the following day! With all the technology you would think there would be a degree of scheduling and (like Amazon) a message to say they are a few visits away! In between have a supermarket delivery and would not be surprised if all three and milkman arrive together!

Grey and overcast!
Ooh, it's crowded on the step this morning! Congrats to my fellow HSers!

Definitely have this sensor positioned differently. I get a compression low most nights around 2.

Clinic today. I have a student working with me today so it'll be nice to have company and an extra pair of hands as it's a busy, full one.

It's also Mr B's birthday - he's a bonfire baby, although thankfully his parents didn't call him Guy

Hope everyone hasa good day!

Well @BobbleHat has solved the query I had. Although I have heard of compression lows I had never experienced or seen the graphical representation of one. Last night I woke about 2:00 am feeling rather odd so I checked my blood sugar and it was in rapid descent .I then got up to treat a hypo but first check with my meter in the living room if it was actually correct. However it was climbing just as fast! The results tied up and after a cup of tea and two Paracetamol for the headache I was developing I went back to bed. Since open heart surgery I have not been able to sleep on my left side and this is where I have my Libra sensor moving between the upper part and the lower part of the left upper arm. As I tend to roll onto my right-hand side I suspect I rolled over to my left and this caused the slight feeling of dizziness that woke me up by which time I had rolled onto my back.

The day was very mixed. It turned out it was not a DN that was coming but a dedicated Phlebotomist arrived about 10:00 and the skill set showed as it is fairly difficult to get samples from me these days. It has to be taken from the left arm has when I had sepsis and daily blood tests for five weeks the vein in my right arm got hardened and damaged (they both kept using the same arm and pricking my middle and ring fingers). The supermarket delivery also came on time but, however, after waiting all day I got a call at 5:00 to say Wheelchair Services would now becoming in the morning. I pointed out this was not possible as I had morning appointments on both Wednesday and Thursday which is why we had agreed on Tuesday! They will now come between 8:00 and 18:00 on Friday.

A few weeks ago I had some deliveries from Amazon which included a multipack of hand wash. I didn't need it till today and stored it in the bathroom. When I went to open it I found hand wash everywhere. The box it arrived in together with body wash had been bashed about. I didn't realise that one of the hand wash ones was actually the broken! What a mess, 2/3rds of a bottle had leaked out everywhere. Sitting in a wheelchair it took me 90 minutes and three towels to clean up the mess. The problem when clearing up hand wash you have to keep rinsing the cloth as it is so soapy. Afterwards I put the towels and the cloth in the washing machine without any further soap. It was brim full of suds that I do not think I have seen I was a child!? On the second wash and hopefully will come out free from any soapy residue.

Oh well I best do my evening BG and report it on the other thread.
