Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all, 4.8 here, lowest for a while. I did do a couple of hours of heavy gardening at my son's house yesterday, (making a new border and filling it with plants I'd divided from stuff in our own garden) and then had a walk round Charlecote Park on the way home. Tea and cake may also have been consumed, but that doesn’t affect the overnight liver replenishment which was what I suspect was going on.
 
Morning all. A welcome 5.2 for me after a run of DP.

I’m having a quiet day today to try and shift this pesky cold. No-one likes sharing a classroom with someone that’s coughing and spluttering, so I’m staying put!

Good morning. 6.7 on the metre, 4.4 on the Libre! It was reading 4 lower than my meter last night. I’m pulling the damn thing off today, it’s day 12 anyways.

It’s our swimming Thursday today, ie looking after one child whilst the other swims and vice versa, then all pile round to mam and dad’s/ grandma and gaga’s to be fed! Minestrone soup left over from last week’s Halloween party. I made chocolate brownies yesterday too. Should keep them happy for a while!

6.0 for me. I have a day off after two (very) busy clinics. I would probably spend it doing absolutely nothing but the fitters are coming to lay our new kitchen floor at some point today so should probably be upright and conscious when they get here!
 
5.4 this morning.

Feeling depressed, annoyed, anxious, unsettled about yesterday’s consultant appointment. Just when I felt confident and happy with my control it feels like everything is about to be thrown into the air. Of course I am pre-empting the c peptide test results which may well confirm I’m not producing any insulin. Strange to be wishing for this though!

Good morning. 6.3. A miracle after eating baklawa yesterday.

Nasty grey, cold windy morning. Not much to do today - awaiting appointment for 2nd viewing with borehole contractor for coastal place - probably Monday - and response from owner of field for inland place.

Congratulations and gold stars to the HSs - I am green with envy.
 
I have an exact repeat of yesterday - 5.4 on the meter on a grey, damp and misty Berkshire morning. It looks like we're in for yet another sunless day. I could probably have copied & pasted that from yesterday's post.

Washday yesterday and got everything up-to-date ahead of our weekend away, so just a case of ironing anything that's needed. We're off to the South Coast tomorrow, 6 families altogether, having booked a Youth Hostel set in the South Downs National Park, just inland from Shoreham and close to the Devil Dyke’s Walk and the South Downs Way. It's our annual Ante-natal Group getaway, now in it's 21st year. Everyone's eldest are all 25 now and were all born within 6 weeks of each other.

Usual swim later. Pool was much quieter on Tuesday now that the schools have gone back after half term.

3.9 first thing with an alarm, a couple of JBs later and it responded with a 5.7.

I've got a busy day today while my wife is at the hairdresser's. just doing a cut and tidy-up today.
I've got college today and more Excel lessons, this time level 3, level 2 was relatively easy, just going over what I already knew; methinks that the next level will be more taxing.

I was cursing my sensor for ending an hour early but remembered the clocks change. Band admin to do a Swedish Festival and a small Tour with Theatre Of Hate just announced.

Gym, then theatre matinee. Then opera this evening. When did I ever fit in time for working?!
 
Good morning everyone! 7'7 from Hay on Wye.

I took the bus here yesterday morning, after spending the night in Hereford. The bed there was very comfy but unfortunately the traffic was very loud. Anyway I already planned to wake up early to have a little look inside the cathedral, which is worth a visit. I also managed a short walk along the river before going back to the guest house to pick my bag and check out.

I arrived to Hay at lunch time, tried Welsh rarebit (bunch of cheese, right up my alley!) and spent a few hours in the bookshops. I counted 12 of them, and I know from the website there are a few more I didn't get to! I entered 5 of them and only bought 3 books...I'd say I wasn't too naughty, all things considered! :D (PS: since starting writing this, I had another little walk around town and found 3 more bookshops!)

I treated myself to dinner in the hotel. I'm usually in the other side of service, is nice to be the customer for once. I overdid the insulin, I felt I was being too cautious with the previous doses and then I went a bit over with this one. Well, hard to guess when you are eating out, and it was easily sorted with 2 gummies.

I have a few more hours to enjoy Hay, which is animated now as is market day, and then I'm moving on to Cardiff, where my parents will join me for the rest of the week. Have a nice one! 🙂
 
7.6 for me a wee bit higher than normal Maybe the banana 😳 i had at 6am had something to do with it
