We are hoping to go to Jersey which won't involve insurance, He just wants to make sure the tablet which he needs to take every day will not make him feel ill, He had no side effects with the immunotherapy which the doctor said yesterday he should be ok with this treatment so we will have time to see how it pans out.
@Pam123 hubby and I went on our first holiday together to Jersey because we thought it it was covered by the NHS. unfortunately it’s not. There is a reciprocal agreement, but only for emergency treatment. I suggest you check it out before booking to go to Jersey under your current situation. We are still wrestling with our travel insurance company for out of pocket expenses of almost £4000 in addition to French hospital expenses of some £1000 per day for my recent hospitalisation in France. They will pay, but they like to nitpick.
