Group 7-day waking average?

Sounds like it could have been the pub salad with the timing. It's very easy to cross contaminate food and there wouldn't have been any heat to kill off bacteria. If it still hasn't cleared up I would get to the doctors for bacteria infections test. Sending hugs xx
I popped into the pharmacy to ask and they said not to take the imodium to allow whatever it is to clear out of the system, which I tend to do not taking straight away and to stay well hydrated.
If still happening then contact the doctor and they would probably want a sample for testing as it could be an infection. I feel fine, no nausea just the 'you know what'.

afternoon all, just got in from a family day out we have been looking at new kitchens, ours is long overdue, its going to be a big job but hubby wants to do it himself, so its just a matter of measuring up and ordering it, he is putting in a new ceiling and floor as well, so its going to be fun. we had a call this morning from the Hospital his bloods are ok so his new tablets are being delivered on Monday ive booked a table at Miller and Carter for Sunday lunch as a treat almost forgot BS was 5.6 this morning.

Morning a 7.1 for me and did manage the chippy tea OK with a bit more insulin.
Really nice day yesterday meeting my colleague and we had a really good natter for 2 hours outside at Lymedale Garden Centre near Mottram and she brought her dog along and he was so good ( her other dog is a complete wrecking ball by her own definition who is always causing damage or turning up with dead rabbits etc).
We had a great brunch and was pretty quiet until it got busy before lunch and we sat outside on their Terrace area.
A visit to Tesco to buy cakes and then a visit to Hale Barns ( very posh bit of Manchester) and then home so can’t call it work.
Got home and then ran my son to work as his partner was still doing a job at our house and did not want to interrupt her.
My wife had dine lunch for both of them and our dogs love having them around so everyone happy.
Dropping her and a neighbour in town later to catch bus for Chorley Flower show and yet more plants.
Will then come home for Friday Morning Meeting then trip to dentist and do Admin WFH and then hopefully pick up a pizza and wife at same time tonight.
Then w/ end so enjoy all

Does your pizza place give wives as an included bonus or is it extra? o_O

Happy Eggyversary to you @eggyg and Bri! And to Camille as well obviously. Even though she’s not actually married. Or human.

Morning all. 9.2 which I'm very pleased with, in fact over the moon. Out of double figures yay! 🙂

Have a good day all.

6.1 this morning.

Gym was decent yesterday as was a follow up dermatology consult after the skin issues I saw them about in February (and in 2025.. and in 2024… and in 2023). Consultant was delighted that everything has cleared up. As am I!

I’ve had a couple of minor flare ups back in May but fucibet sorted those out in a day or two and they were very minor.

I’m on the PIRU (sp?) thing now for a year so I can contact them directly and book in an appointment myself if there’s a recurrence which needs treating.

Upshot was that the likelihood is I had MRSA for four or five years and that was causing the skin issues.

I did flag something else up to the consultant and she said, “These? They’re a sign of two things: being human and being alive.”

Morning all. 🙂 4.6 here.

Looks like the sun’s going to be shining all day today. That’s because I’ve got my eye screening this afternoon - I must remember my sunglasses. Or maybe two pairs...

Bon voyage! @freesia - I hope you have a lovely time.

Good morning 5.5 on my “ wedding” day. I’m very excited.

Mr Eggy bought me, well us, two very beautiful Lalique wine glasses. I bought him, well us, an agapanthus, Forever Sapphire. Unfortunately, it won’t arrive until January 2026 as I opted for the root ball as a opposed to the potted. Having a light breakfast to make room for our afternoon tea, which is booked for 12pm! Handfasting ceremony at 11.30, they rang me yesterday, we have to be there 11.15. It’s only 15 minutes up the M6 and A74( M) so no hurry. Although I have a minor repair to my right big toenail to do. I lost it about 10 days ago, been wobbly for months, I got a set of fake nails and glued the thumb nail on, I only have tiny digits, woke this morning and it’s gone! Hunted high and low, luckily there’s two thumb nails in the pack!

This time 45 years ago, which was a Friday too, I was probably still boiling eggs and cooking drumsticks for our evening buffet, yes, along with my mother and mother-in-law we made our own 80s beige buffet! I then got the bus to the hairdressers for my Farrah Fawcett flick hair do, picked up my posy from the florist, I only ordered it the day before, did my own nails and makeup, I may have added a bit of pink eye shadow to make it more “ weddingy”. How times have changed, no hen dos in Benidorm in those days, local night club a few days before sufficed. But the funniest thing we remember about the day was that we walked home from our evening do carrying a Tupperware full of beige buffet which Mr Eggy consequently dropped in a puddle just yards from home! No exotic honeymoon either. A week in Torquay in a holiday apartment. £80 for the week booked from an ad in the Sunday Post! And yet, here we are, still making buffets for everyone, but I don’t wear pink eyeshadow anymore though.😛

Have a great holiday @freesia.

Thanks for all your good wishes.

And here we are all those years ago. Outside of the hotel we’re going to today. <3

00:17 BS 6.9 Just couldn’t get back to sleep after loo trip but, I DID go to bed early, around 19:30 ish & had my usual 4-5 hours of sleep; can’t seem to sleep for longer than that unless I’m a bit more exhausted than usual! Then, my BS just stayed wobbling a teeny bit staying in the 6’s, 6.5 to 6.9, & don’t know how long it would have stayed stable, virtually a flatline on the graph, like that for but, eventually hunger took over & I ate breakfast just before 4 am 03:59 BS 6.9. 🙂

A Very Good Morning to you all & have a Wonderful Day! 😉

Good morning everyone! 4.7 today for me and an experiment - I’ve taken just over half my breakfast bolus to see if that helps prevent hypos whilst on the locks today, I.e. doing physical exercise, lots of walking, etc. My DSN suggested taking half, but I erred on a more cautious side and took a little more as I hate having too much of a high.

Happy anniversary @eggyg !

@freesia - have a great holiday!

Take care everyone!

@eggyg With that hairdo you were destined to be one of Bri’s Angels! Not that he has others obviously.
