Group 7-day waking average?

7.2 at 6am, fell back asleep and woke again at 11.15am. Been up for 4 hours and still sleepy, even though I had a 10 minute walk (once again into the breeze). My BG has dropped back into the green confirmed by a FP. Not particularly hungry as I had a couple of Rich Tea biscuits an hour ago - should be ok for another hour or so. Reduced my liquids down for 3 pints within the first 4 hours of the day (the 3rd July-today).
TiR at 86% and daily average 7.9, so not complaining.

Didn't get out to celebrate our 18th anniversary of our meeting, yesterday, as we were both very tired. Better today, so maybe we can fit something in this weekend???

Congratulations @Barrowman on todays' HS.

12.2, retested other hand - 10.8

Too many carbs, too much activity, too little sleep, insect bite leading to eczema flare-up, possible cold germs being incubated, who knows?
Similar day again, possibly even more carbs, and today I got 8.4

My body is a total mystery.
