Group 7-day waking average?

Morning, 6.5 for me today.

Kept waking in the night and correcting my BG which was higher at 7.5-7.9. It's been around 4 during nights before now so a little confused, but actually I had a huge meal with lots of protein last night.

I am looking through our library archives at school in search of news of a little lion statuette which used to appear in sports team photos about 100 years ago, but seemed to disappear around 1935, when the school moved to a new site. I imagine it got lost or broken in the move but I am so intrigued by it and what actually happened. Also preparing things for World Book Day on Thursday. I have decided to dress up as a librarian as I don't want to spend any money!

I have another antenatal appointment this afternoon, and then the highlight of the day - a pancake quiz at my church. Should be fun!

Lovely and sunny here in Dorset, although freezing! Have a good day all.
I thought you may have meant Terry Pratchett's The Librarian. But that would have needed a LOT of work.

GM again :D bright and sunny with a touch of frost in Lincolnshire.
9.7 this morning. Actually recorded a while ago but I got showered and dressed ready for keep fit class this morning, only to find out the class had been cancelled. The instructor messaged me to say she was ill. Silly me forgot to check my phone before jumping in the car o_O
Hubby got toothpaste all over his pj top this morning as the bottom of the tube split.
Extra gardening planned to make up for no keep fit class. Need to put the skin-so-soft spray on again as I found the first insect bit yesterday evening.

Congrats on your HS @goodybags
Enjoy the lovely spring weather everyone and hope you day goes well <3

Morning lovelies
6.1 for me this morning.

Would have been my lovely Mums birthday today and Mr Quills Dad isn’t very well so a quiet one here.

Hope you’re all good xo

9.2 for me this morning.Put a new sensor in yesterday and had to go back to using my libre machine.. Prefer my phone as it gives a better outlook on your needs .But having it on 24\7 drains the battery.Only had the phone five months.Had to replace the last one six months before contract was up .It had died completely. Least with your phone the information goes directly to the computer at the diabetes unit at the hospital.Makes life a bit easier I know you can upload from your machine. Congratulations to @goodybags on your Hs today. Stay safe people

Back in the 7s today with a 7.8, same at brekkas.

The day looks bright and cheerful with lots of sunshine through the haze. I could swear it's warmer than yesterday's dullness. Gotta be psychological.

We had the engineers abouts in yesterday fitting a new cable for 'tinternet, the speed this morning is 7x the speed yesterday coming in a 387Mb/s!

Congratulations @goodybags on your HS!

Good evening all - it's been another glorious day and even warmer. We walked on the coast path. 2 young women on the beach were in bikinis and did attempt to go in the sea, but chickened out when it hit their ankles! I undid my jacket - oh how we change when we get older! But NO... my generation didn't go round half-dressed when it was cold even when we were young!

We eventually bumped into some friends and walked back with them, which was very pleasant. Then we went to do the grocery shop. By the time we had finished there was a definite nip in the air. Came home and prepared our evening meal for later.

4.1 this morning. Need to tweak my basals.

Congratulations to @goodybags on your HS.

Have a pleasant evening all...

Oh I forgot... whilst I was in Morrisons I was looking for Polenta but came across Cauliflower gnocci. Thought "what a great idea" until I looked at the nutritional info.... it was 51g carb per 1/4 pack!

good evening BS was 5 this morning spent most of the day on the phone, on hold for approx 2 hours to different people
I had a text appointment come through for an appointment on the 1st April from Health Harmony to a medical centre near our home only about 4 miles away, it didn't say what it was for other than don't drive either coming to your appointment, or going home, so I suspected it was for a scan which I've already had, and there was no point in going unless it was for the DMO treatment, the outcome is known knows who made it, its not on my NHS App, The GP surgery haven't referred it, I was promised a call back from the people who made the appointment and the GP surgery have said they don't do the treatment, here we go again.

It may be that they want an up to date scan before doing any procedure. Do they have an e-mail contact number that you could try.

Yes ive sent them an email this evening, I see what you mean needing another scan before starting treatment, ive asked them, its just my GP said they don't do the DMO treatment I need, I was on the phone to them today and know body knows anything, they promised to call back but haven't bothered and its only 5 weeks since the scan.

@goodybags congrats on the HS. I've been on Sertraline for a couple of years with no problems though its only a low dose. Recently i've weaned myself off them and feel ok.

@rebrascora great result. Well done.

Good morning 5.2

Was pleased to see that today

probably helped by what I ate which was only 2 small meals, plus walked to & from hospital yesterday afternoon (DMO clinic) where I had, rather than a second Ozurdex popped in my right eye, my tenth injection of Vabysmo to that eye.
the good news my left eye whilst it still has a slight sign of a swelling, still not of concern, so I had to to my righty eye treated yesterday, will get another scan next month, see what their thoughts are regarding a best plan

I spoke to a GP yesterday morning regarding MH, she raid she thought meds will help even if only short term and prescribed Sertraline, she suggested that was what I had 12 years ago,
since speaking to her I’m thinking actually back then I took Citalopram and not Sertraline 🙄 but I might be wrong, I need to pop back to my pharmacy today as they told me yesterday, my Mounjaro & Insulin will be there today, so will see what they say
it would be good to know if anyone else has had any experience of Sertraline or Citalopram,
especially if I end up needing something longer than short term as my sister suggested to me on Sunday when we spoke on the phone.

I’m going to chill this morning pissibly catch up on some much needed ZZZ’s
@goodybags congrats on the HS

Morning all. 6.7.

Childcare again, not one, not two, but three of the little angels! In all fairness only two are here from 8.30- 5.30 without parental supervision, the other one is coming for lunch with his mummy. She takes some looking after, even though she’s almost 38! 😉

Not much time for anything else I wouldn’t think.

Have a great day.

Morning a 6.7 for me after a very flat line and got myself back on track after a 2u correction dose.
A very similar day today and tomorrow like yesterday quiet, routine and lunch in a cafe just as I like it.
A decent nights sleep and a lovely red sky to wake up to.Dogs walked a cup of tea had and maybe a coffee as well and catch up.
Have a nice day.

Morning all, 6.6 here. Not quite so cold this morning, above freezing (just) anyway. Might get some stuff in the garden cut back,( all the things Monty Don said to leave over winter to look magnificent and structural, and which have in fact looked black and soggy.)
