Group 7-day waking average?

Morning everyone. Looks like another sunny day to go with my sunny 5.4 this morning.

Have a good day folks and don’t forget the sun tan lotion.

Morning all and 4.2 for me, although not too sure about that as I started this sensor without a bedding in period and was getting some strange readings. Should be getting my 2+ in a few days so if it doesn't improve might try one of those.

Model rail show today.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all and a beautiful one it is too. As was yesterday when the only cloud appeared the minute we set out on our walk and went away as we got home!

4.7 despite dextrose etc at bedtime plus a -30% temp basal for 3 hours. Need to adjust basals methinks. Though eating all my dinner might help.

Meeting friends in town this afternoon.

Congratulations @ColinUK on your HS.

Get well soon @eggyg

Happy Birthday @Silent Sands .

Have a lovely day all

what a night ive had 3 alarms 3 dextrose tablets and 2 glasses of orange juice later and I still woke with a 4.6

so strange as I had a salad baguette which normally sends my BS high but really fancied a treat, anyway so tired this morning and the usual headache when BS has been to low

Happy birthday @Silent Sands
Congratulations @ColinUK on your HS and

9.7 this morning probably due to eating 2 bags of bacon crisps late last night, followed by a large portion of Greek yogurt right before clamouring into bed!

It's another gorgeous day here to lift the spirits, (I was on a high to start with), even with the gardener arriving an hour late. I even managed a little walk without losing balance!

I've tided up and moved the paperwork upstairs for me to file away later and generally tided up, although not moving any of the OHs stuff, in case I throw anything of value away.

Congratulations @ColinUK on your HS.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes everybody, feeling very special

Shows the value of CGM even for us T2’s

Bore da to those of you who speak Welsh
I once attended a training course in the Munich office of the company I worked for, along with colleagues from France, Italy and Germany. The American trainer opened the first session by saying Good Morning in English, then German, then Italian and finally in French. She then asked each of us to introduce ourselves to the rest of the group and to mention something they'd take away to remember us by. When it was my turn I said she'd missed out Welsh, so I taught everyone to say Bore da and for the rest of the course she included Bore da in the Good Mornings.

Morning and a 6.8 for me and had a pretty heavy carb day yesterday with left over Pizza and then pie and chips for tea but a combination of insulin and walking/ time in garden kept it in check.
Always takes a bit more managing but worked out OK in the end.
Had brunch out as well and back out again for lunch today so good job warmer weather is encouraging me to walk more.
Anyway dogs walked cup of tea had and a nice day planned so enjoy yours.

Morning all. 5.3 for me this morning before breakfast. Had to nudge my blood sugar a little earlier in the morning, with a TUC cracker and a sip of Lucozade to keep it from dipping below 5, so I have a feeling the morning will be a little challenging. Still, nothing planned outside for a few hours as it looks dark and dreary out there and likely to remain so for a few hours.

Morning all. 8.1 here. After the active day I had yesterday, I’d expect my BG to be lower. But, no! That’s not how it works...ho hum.

It’s cold and sunny again, yippee!

Good morning all. A nice round 5. Had two unicorns days but that’s easy to achieve when you’re barely eating and the little you are isn’t staying down!

Anyhoo, feeling a lot better today, in fact I’m absolutely Hank Marvin. Going to try a “Half English” for breakfast. Mr Eggy cooking, I’m not allowed to touch anything. That’s fine by me. What’s not fine by me is that I’m missing out on not just one party today, but two. Zara’s 4th party at soft play this morning, and a 40th reunion for a former place of work this evening. I was really looking forward to it too, there’s four of us who are still in contact even though it’s been well over 25 years since we left, we were going together tonight, I’m gutted, but I can’t spread this to everyone, none of us are getting any younger and I wouldn’t wish this bug on my worst enemy. Maybe they’ll have a 50th anniversary.

Forgot to tell you that our eldest granddaughter passed her driving test on Friday on the fourth attempt, we’re so pleased for her but I don’t know where’s she’s going to get the money from to insure and run a car! She spends all her wages on hair extensions, nails, concerts, weekends away etc! Just need eldest grandson to pass his on his third attempt later on this month. Fingers crossed.

Another day at home, hopefully breakfast and subsequent meals will stay put.

Have a super Sunday. Dull up here.

Morning 12.2 and an almighty headache. Been awake since 5.30 (I don’t usually live on a Sunday until 11am) Felt off it last night so maybe I have a bug.

Have a good Sunday
