Group 7-day waking average?

Morning a 5.5 for me and a Unicorn so BG control in a nice sweet spot at the moment and no correction doses and only 3 Dextrose at 1.30 when alarm went off.
Wife signed off by Consultant as expected and celebrated with an Almond Croissant in the cafe and rest of day was quiet.
In Altrincham today for another nice day so all happy in Wendal world.
Enjoy

Morning all. 6.7 here, after a flat night. Only thing to report is that my current G7 sensor must have a weak Bluetooth transmitter, as it has several times lost signal, most recently a little before 4am. A REALLY annoying way to get woken up. I wish their testing regimen was more thorough - they let way too many test escapes through in my opinion.

7 on the nose this morning and now shooting up merely because I've moved!

Felt I was chasing highs yesterday, partly my own fault but also partly down to a shift in sensitivity I think. Needed a bit more of everything than I'd usually take. I'll monitor that of course.

Not much on today. Standard day in the office. The boy has his weekly power lifting session this afternoon and he's started cycling there on his own. First time he's really done anything completely on his own. Makes my wife and I very proud but also nervous wrecks at the same time! He loves going though and his coach is so good with him. Really knows how to handle him and the other gym users are great with him too. It's not your normal type of gym either. Membership is very restricted so we're very comfortable in him going there on his own and we know they'll look after him.

Other than that, another short base run in the calendar for tonight, some morse code and that will be that.

Good morning 5.6 today

just getting ready for work, busy day today

one thing been wondering 🙄 ….. if anyone uses / has used - the Noctura 400 home treatment sleep mask to help them treat, Diabetic Related eye conditions, I found it elsewhere on the internet, after quite some deliberation. I decided to send off and try a 3 month supply to see if it helps my eye

Have a Wonderful Wednesday 😎

06:37 BS 7.4 Graph looks bumpy overnight between 7’s & 8’s. Ate my second meal around 22:30 BS 8.2 & was going to bed around 00:15 when BS had peaked at 10.7. I stayed up a bit longer as 10 is a borderline peak for me & I could go too low so, 01:30 BS 7.2 which is still borderline & 02:23 BS 8.9 & I thought it’s ok as my BS is starting to wobble now & I went to bed. It carried on wobbling but, the bumps were only 1mmol apart so, not very hilly & only bumpy! :D

A Very Good Morning to you all & have a Wonderful Day! 😉

Morning all. 4.7. Got to dash out in the next half hour to do the weekly shop, call in a local butchers and drop some shopping off at mums, get home and put it all away before 10am when a friend is coming for a craft day. Catch up with everyone later.

Morning all. 7.9 here.

What a handsome couple @PattiEvans. Very stylishly understated. I wore a feminine suit - my mum wanted me in a flouncy OTT meringue but that was definitely not going to happen. I’m a tomboy!

Wednesday’s my busy day. Then I just coast into the weekend. Must fly!

Morning 6.1 today after a lie in, finally catching up on sleep now the coughing is calming down.
Diabetes support group this morning and taking a friend to get her car serviced this afternoon and a bit of shopping together, all while stopping by the house to medicate Me-me. Need to stop by the yard at some point to.

Have a safe and good one whatever you're doing.

A 5.6 for me this morning. 🙂

I'm joining the 5.6 group on this bright and sunny(ish) Berkshire morning. Frost has just about cleared so I won't have to de-ice my car when I take our youngest for his 10-7 shift at Tesco, then I'm home alone for the rest of the day as my wife and his brother are both in their offices on Wednesdays.

We have a garden fence again but I still have to sort out the gravel boards and then it's a case of bagging up the rest of the honeysuckle and generally tidying up.

Our landline rang this morning, which is rare these days. Guy with an Indian accent said he was Sky and it was time to renew the breakdown cover on our Sky equipment. I told him we didn't have breakdown cover so there was nothing to renew, and he hung up. Not Sky, then - just a lousy scammer.

Whatever your plans, have a good day.

4.1 today for me.

Had a good chat with my parents yesterday about getting carers daily so they could continue to live at home as neither wants to go into a home. They seemed quite positive and accepting of it and we agreed to arrange an assessment when we’re back from holiday. Hopefully they won’t go back on it!

Just a few bits and pieces today plus a trip out to a local ish shopping centre for my wife to get her nails done, whilst I enjoy a Starbucks! Then it’s revision week on my radio course tonight.

Take care everyone !

Morning everyone, and it’s a 4.4 for me this fine sunny day.

Have a nice day everyone and stay well.

Morning all and 6.9 for me.

Taking Mrs khskel's brother for an aorta scan this lunchtime. Phone appointment with haematology consultant for me later this afternoon. Should be no surprises there as my blood is tested a minimum of every eight weeks.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all are you all well?
6.6 for me happy with that

Morning all - It was quite bright with blue sky, but it's now just grey again.

5.3 this morning which I am well pleased with. Before dinner last night I was horrified to see 13.4 on the meter and it had been much higher. On investigation into "Insulin history" on my Omnipod PDM it would seem I had not taken any insulin for lunch (home made celery soup and 2 slices of toast). I recall putting the figures into the PDM and it doing the calculations, but I must not have pressed the final button to deliver the insulin. So I went to bed on 12.4 and numerous corrections for my chicken and veg stew. Really annoyed with myself as it has ruined TIR - down to 74% from 89%.

Not up to much today except meeting friends in the local late afternoon as usual on a Wednesday.

Have a good day everyone and take care!
