Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning - 4.6

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning! Woke at Len o'clock to a 6.2 after a bad night with a weird BG profile I will post later

Wheelchair guy came later than expected and nearly overlapped with supermarket delivery. Basically front castors needed a clean and lube although it was talked it up in the way too many garage mechanics do. I find this gets worse as you get older and rapidly so when you are in a wheelchair - totally unprofessional!

Very grey! Slight must!

Joining @Wendal today. 🙂

Morning folks. 6.8 for me.

Slippers! Thanks for reminding me @eggyg. I needed a reason to nip out this morning, and there’s a tiny little shoe shop in Tenby that sells slippers too. My old ones are so decrepit, even the puppy turns her nose up at them.

You’re right @Robin - the sun’s been AWOL all week. At least it’s dry!

Morning

4.8 today. I need to go grocery shopping, and also look at getting some slippers, I don’t usually wear them but my feet have been so cold this week, think it is time to get some. Might go to knit and natter, depends if I feel up to walking there. Still couldn’t knit yesterday as it really affected my eyes and made me feel dizzy, but was able to crotchet. but disappointed as I only lost 1lb this week, but I have not been able to do any exercise at all due to the dizzy spells, not even a short walk, so hopefully will improve once I start exercising again.

@Wendal and @MeeTooTeeTo congrats on the HS.

5.5 on a foggy West Sussex morning, although it's slowly clearing. Everyone arrived safely at the YH, including our German friend's eldest who's at Uni in Germany but flew into Gatwick late last night. Our eldest picked him up and they got here just before midnight. Despite the late bedtime our eldest and one of the girls have gone to a local Park Run this morning.

Long South Downs walk planned for later, all 19 of us.

Have a good Saturday.

Good morning. 7.1 Woke late did animals and then remembered to do bloods so real figure could have been anything and probably will be once I have had breakfast..

Dowser went out yesterday to prospective new home and says lots of water to drill for. not a great believer in magic so tech guy going out on Monday. Offer of full asking is made and solicitors details given...so fingers crossed. I never want to read another set of "particulars" again. Dreary grey day here but dry. Planning on working out where to put replacement stairs in potential new house...

@eggyg Buying a house which floods? Can they get insurance?

Have a great weekend everyone.

7.0 for me today. Had to swap sensors early as I managed to knock the last one. It only had a couple of days left. I think the numbers today are the sensor 'bedding in' so to speak, although I've had slightly higher than average numbers all week - for which I blame my not-insulin hormones!

Today is unlikely to help - bottomless brunch (but at tea time!) with the girls from work. I'll do my usual tricks for eating out / drinking out but ...

Happy weekend everybody.

4.9 this morning for me.

We’re off to the narrowboat today for a week. Given the gloom I doubt we’ll do much other than potter along the canal during what passes as daylight, but it will be nice to be away for a change of scenery, well a different sort of grey perhaps?

Congratulations @Wendal and @MeeTooTeeTo on your HS this morning!

And here’s one for @ColinUK :

@BobbleHat don’t forget to report it, I surprised myself a week ago when I managed to dislodge my last one, on reporting it Abbot happily replaced it

Morning all and 8.6 for me. Quite a flat line overnight just didn't need the oatcake after basal reduction.

Apparently we've had less than 30 mins sunshine in the last 2 weeks. Sounds believable to me.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone, a 4.8 for me earlier today. Looks like another day just pottering around the house as I can’t do much outside.

Have a good day everyone and stay well.

Congrats on the HS’s @MeeTooTeeTo & @Wendal
hats off to your son @Martin.A for getting up and park running with one of the girls after a late night pick up at the airport

don’t be disappointed @Grannylorraine we can’t all lose so much weight every week :care:and a pound lost is certainly better than a gain, which is a win in my book anyway

@ColinUK your post regarding your 69 this morning make me chuckle just now :rofl:I needed a laugh as was feeling deep in thoughts about what’d happened over the last few years

My reason for coming back on and posting again today was
thought I’d share this
I found it on Facebook this morning, had nothing on have this morning and just spent quite some time putting down how I feel, which actually
was quite good and a bit therapeutic for me

mine & my and my wife’s experience during the C-19 pandemic (when we lost my Mum during the lockdown) I won’t bore you with all the details, I know I post to much anyway😉

If anyone else wanted to take a look at the the enquiry
and the opportunity to share thoughts (under every story matters)
