Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. 4.6. Its dark and rainy here atm but sun is forecast later. Maybe i can get back in the garden to cut some more tree/bush down. The last two days while doing it, i've been joined by a robin chirruping away while i talk to him.

Tonight we're going to see a tribute band. Hopefully they will be good. Have a good day whatever you do and don't get too wet.

5.2, can’t remember the last time I had one of those. Still got a bit of the christening cake to finish as I inadvertently bought something in the wrong size so stopped me finishing it off last night. Then going round to my friends to help prepare food for the get together. She asked me to take my slow cook and a whisk, so could be some interesting plans.

Spent the whole of yesterday recording a song. Well, I spent the morning trying to work out why there was a crackling sound coming from my system, but only when I pressed record on the App. It took hours of testing, checking, rewiring, in the end it turned out to be a quirk clash between Apps!! Sorted it and spent the afternoon actually recording. Great fun but I do wish the technical bit just worked! They always give lots of trouble.

My wife had a good day too and wanted to sing which we did. She was a bit tired with a cough and cold and the result was not good, but she was happy to join in, so I was happy too.

Today, a tiny bit of recording, hopefully some exercise. Possibly going to the church for the practice, not sure as I'm not on the list to do anything, but I have been invited to go along and sing.

And its getting ever closer...

Good morning everyone! 5.9 today for me.

Hoping to get a short walk in today before tomorrow’s predicted rain. Other than that just a bit of housework as we both gradually get back to full health again.

5.8 for me today.

Couldn't get a delivery spot for today and the cupboards are bare so I'm just about to nip out for my click n collect.

Then, a quiet day planned. Mr B is playing at a wedding reception tonight so it'll be just be me and my youngest. I've successfully got him hooked on 'Firefly' - still one my favourite TV shows so we might have a Saturday binge watch of the rest of the season.

Morning everyone, a wet start to the day here the rain is lashing against the windows as I type but forecast to drift away later.

Bit late on parade today but have been out and about since breakfast and wasn't able to find time to post. Lovely day here in Lyme Regis - you'd think it was Summer, not the second half of October. Seafront was packed, people in shorts and T-shirts, some swimming in the sea. We even had an ice cream (rum & raisin for me, of course) while soaking up the sunshine. Due for a wet Sunday, though - especially those in the path of storm Ashley. Crazy weather.

Congrats @Grannylorraine on your HS. 5.6 for me this morning.
 
Morning with a 7.5 but very happy as most of night in 6s.Up early with hounds but fine as it means can get out before storm Ashley pays a visit.
A nice day planned with lunch out and managed another trip out yesterday with lunch,cleaning up lots of leaves and over 10k steps so pretty much perfect day for me.

Costume sale yesterday was a bust. Tiny, tiny space. One out, one in. I was there half an hour before it opened and gave up after waiting two hours and still not getting in.

There were some designers at the front of the queue who I’d met at last weeks opera costume sale. They were out about ten minutes after getting in and said it was the most disappointing costume sale they’d ever attended.

I trusted their opinion that there was nothing in there for me as they knew exactly what I was looking for so I left and went to the gym instead.

Benjamin Button was ok but you could tell it was first preview performance. A couple of the voices hadn’t settled into the roles yet and struggled on their highest notes. I’d expect those notes to be moved an octave lower to save throats.

Music is pretty much entirely Cornish folk music and not really to my liking but be show itself is fine.

I’m not quite sure why the audience gave a standing ovation though.

BG 4.8

I think I am losing it. At the practice last night I told someone that the clocks go back this weekend. I even went round the house and changed all the clocks. Doh! It's next weekend not this! (I have changed all the clocks back again now).Then this morning I cropped a large section off the end of a music file and the result was that it doubled in size on saving!!! Maybe I should stay in bed. I used to be clever, honest...

Morning all. 6.4 when I rose at 6.15!

Unsettled night with Eden, and Zara! Eden just because it was all new I suppose, Zara because she’s full of cold and has a barking cough. They’re both in fine form this morning as are their big cousins. Unlike Mr Eggy who doesn’t do early mornings, although TBF he did get Eden up at 6, I had a 15 minute lie in! Full English on the go at the moment. Sunday isn’t Sunday without a cooked breakfast. Big girls going this morning, mum picking them up after work, she’s supposed to finish at 9am but if there’s been any problems the handover can last longer, and the paper work! The little ones, well, goodness knows when they’ll get picked up. Mammy and daddy looking forward to a lie in, apparently it’ll be the first since Eden was born! Diddums! I haven’t had a lie in, or a full night’s sleep for over 40 years! 😛

Looking forward to some “grown up” food tonight, goulash, and catching up with Strictly, impossible to watch last night for some reason! 😉

The girls all playing nicely, and a visit to Buttons the donkey and Rufus the Shetland at the farm down the road. They also sell ice cream so always worth a visit.

Morning glucose jugglers!

A 5.9 for me to kick things off. Hoping my MM780G will hurry up with some adjustments - I’m getting a frustrating rise about 10pm for the last few days.

Sorry the costume sale didn’t work out @ColinUK - theatrical outfits are usually incredibly well made and beautifully detailed.
