Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all, 7.4 here.
We are a cat free house again. Poor simpleton, I laid a trail of dreamies leading into her carrier just before her meal time when she was hungry and she went straight in. (daughter had tried that yesterday, but she managed to back out of carrier and run away before she could fasten it). Drove over to daughters house and did some pruning in her garden while I made sure cat had settled, win win for daughter!

Good morning. 6.2 on this below freezing morning. Weird weather, it was 10c yesterday, and today is forecast very heavy rain later!

I’m so happy it’s now spring, meteorological speaking. Light by 7am and the birds are singing from 6.30. The daffs are out and Mr Eggy is planning to plant his early tatties next week. It feels great. Just need some spring like weather now. It’s not too much to ask for, is it?

Congratulations @harbottle on your HS.

Have a fab Friday everyone.

Good morning everyone

White rabbits everywhere!!! I think I need to donate my House Special for them all.

Today, if it doesn't rain, out for some exercise.

I love my weighing scales after a week of sheer hatred! My weight has significantly shifted downward. They spent the last 4 days lying to me saying my weight stayed the same!!!

Must get some serious keyboard practice done today. Note to self: must buy a serious keyboard!

Have a great day today whatever you are doing.

Congrats Gwynn and Harbottle on the HS’s.
Very nearly joined you with a 5.3 but not the magic number
Love the white rabbit photos Northerner and lost the pinch and punch competition again.Personally am much more like a Mad March hare than a fluffy rabbit.
Busy busy yesterday so no time for an ice cream and boss not too happy when I could not remember where I had parked car in North Wales and we spent 20 minutes looking for it and all she wanted to do was drive back to Glasgow.
I had kicked her out so she could go to coffee shop for our Meeting whilst I found a parking space and in such a rush could not recall where I had parked.
Anyway off to Harrogate later so will drop 2 dogs off and take other one with us for a lovely Spring break.
My employer has a nice scheme whereby they give your £300 to spend on your “ wellbeing” so basically you can spend it on anything so that will pay for sone of our break so happy days.
Hope weather gets better but at least lighter mornings are progress.
Have a great w/ end and a fantastic March.

Good morning! A rather better 8.3 after yesterday but had another blip over 10 as I slept.

I managed to speak to the consultant from the Foot Clinic yesterday after I took myself off the antibiotic on Monday as I got another silent migraine and chucked up. He told me NOT to take anymore and is sending out a prescription for a different antibiotic to try. I am now back at the clinic on Wednesday so have had to drop out of next Wednesday's meet at DUK HQ. However since stopping the Co-trimoxazole I feel a lot better in myself and more positive. I will be YellowCarding later.

Very chilly, very grey, very wet and very windy! Glad I do not have to go anywhere,

Well done to today's HSers. A 4.5 for me this chilly morning. 🙂

Morning

6.2 today but that will be the scones, cheesecake and cake I ate yesterday.

@harbottle and @Gwynn - congratulations on your HS.

@ColinUK - still feel very low, I have an appointment booked with a counsellor on Monday morning for an initial assessment, I spoke to a doctor yesterday and he referred me, he didn’t want to change my meds at this stage.

@Jinty2001 - yes I am still supposed to be doing slimming world, but what with the stress, eating out 2 days for my birthday last week, and 2 afternoon teas this week my weight is going backwards. But I do intend to get back on plan as I do feel better when I am eating on plan. I eat my emotions sadly so after struggling with my depression since Christmas, the stress at work just tipped me over the edge. Are you still following the plan?

Was hoping a new month would bring a change in the weather, but I suppose at least where I live it is fairly mild.

Sorry to hear you’re struggling. I am also , my weight has gone up and down resulting in the same weight as I was last October. I’m thinking in stopping the yogurts, options and fruit. As I wasn’t doing these when I was losing weight. I’ve more or less a sedentary life and use a mobility scooter. I do need to try and walk a bit. The gardening will be starting as soon as the frost stops. I’m hoping that will help. I hope your depression has picked up and you feel better from it.

It’s huge! I thought it was a pig need my glasses changed

Woke up to a 5.6 on a thoroughly wet Saint David's Day morning and the forecast says there's not going to be much of a change today. First day of Spring too, meteorologically speaking. Must have been a bit stormy overnight as I had to mop the windowsill after sleeping with the bedroom window ajar. Weekly BP check 124/68, so a toe over the line into the orange zone again.

Family had a good day out at the glaciers down in NZ, though they've retreated a lot since my wife and I were there on our honeymoon back in 1997. There are danger signs everywhere warning of unpredictable debris flows and ice dam bursts. They're not the only retreating glaciers on the planet of course but it's one thing to read about it, another thing to see it for yourself. Tomorrow they push on across the Southern Alps to Queenstown.

@harbottle and @Gwynn - well done on bagging an HS

Nothing special planned for today apart from a trip into town (Waitrose) and then into nearby Bracknell.

Have a good day, if your weather allows.

I was about 10 this morning. Taken today off work as holiday, really just needed a day off. Not sure what’s going on but my brain just feels burnt out, I’m struggling with everything and not keeping on top of the diet plan, still struggling with the basics of life etc.

Guess I’m still not on top of the ME but honestly there’s not much more I can do for that, and I was really hoping the increased amitryptaline would have sorted it out. Frustrated probably sums up my mood.

Just having a rest after some housework, then got a bit more washing to do, put tea in the slow cooker, then go for a drive to get petrol. Might tag a coffee out onto that, getting out might be good.

Afternoon folks.Twas a 4.3 for me this morning.Well after using six boxes of paper hankies and five cloth ones the tap has finally turned off in my head .Got a nose like Rudolph. Red and very sore . Congratulations to @ harbottle and @ Gwynne on your 5.2 s Have a good day folks

Good afternoon all, a happy 5.6 for me earlier this wet morning.

have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all - Another "can't make it's mind up" kind of day. The wind is bitter and it's either lashing down or sunny.

5.9 long ago when I got up.

Been to the Drs for bloods to be taken for electrolytes and kidney function which they are doing monthly. Also had my B12 injection and feet inspected and tickled. Looks like I have some fungus on my big toe nails. Fed up as I started Doxycycline this morning for Rosacea which has broken out on my face (had it once in 2017). Also got a nice cold sore beneath my nose, so feeling very attractive NOT!

On the bright side we're going to a dinner party this evening where each couple attending contributes a course. We were tasked with the starter and I have made chicken liver pate with port, topped with port jelly. Not what I might have wanted to make but I discovered that out of the guests two can't eat shellfish, one doesn't like onions (at least they are disguised in the pate) another won't eat game of any description, then there's mayonnaise which is also a no no etc etc. What's the matter with folk? J and I eat anything (with possible exception of tripe for me). However, apart from being picky eaters they are all really nice people and good fun!

Congratulations to @Gwynn and @harbottle on your HS.

@Grannylorraine big hugs. Hope the counselling helps.

@Lucyr hugs to you too... hope getting out helps a bit.

@ColinUK glad to hear mum and dad enjoyed their outing.

Have a happy day all.
