Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning! A decent 8.1 considering the pizza I had last night. The antibiotics are really affecting my stomach now but I got a sudden urge for pizza so order via Just Eat and as Cheeky Tuesday got 20% off!

Rushing as from 7:00aam pickup.

Clearish sky but a few very dark clouds.

Good morning 6.0 this morning (on waking @ 06:00)
thinking of changing the alarm clock to 05:20 maybe ?

have a great day everybody 😎

One of the best things about this forum is that it gives us all a place to vent and to shed tears about anything and everything.
100%

Congratulations to everyone for HS .

5.9 so back in the 5's . I cannot be nothing else but happy with that.

Good morning all. 5.8 at 7am. And a unicorn day yesterday. Which isn’t surprising as I really didn’t eat much at all, but my stomach was, mostly, fine. A bit bloating after a very small portion of lamb kofta curry and rice. No chapati.

Quite a pleasant morning, yesterday was very breezy and consequently a bit chilly. We’re determined we’re not putting the heating on until after our holiday, which is mid October. We do have an open fire and lots of scraps of wood from Project Greenhouse so we won’t freeze.

I called the GP surgery yesterday and the referral has been done and sent to the secretaries. She said it can take up to 30 days, but it’s 42 days since I spoke to the GP, said I. Oh, she said, it’s gone to the secretaries at least! In other words, she knew fine well it hasn’t even been done yet. I asked about the procedure re going private, use the E-consult admin section she said! I don’t feel much further forward, I don’t know which consultant I’m being referred to and I haven’t got an appointment so can’t contact their secretary, just going to have to wait for the chose and book letter to arrive eventually and go from there. It’s all very frustrating. :(

@Paul Gibbins congratulations on the much coveted HS.

Have a wonderful Wednesday.🙂

I looked on the private hospital site and they have the specialists. Mine was orthopedic and I got referred to one Consultant who actually referred me to another who specialised in my area. I saw them both in a week and had an op within three months of initially seeing them.

It was quite cool last night. Only 10c here at the moment. 😱
Keep warm but a log or old wood fire sounds so nice. I am hot and sweat all the time but winter will be different and in the North brrr. Extra layers keep us warm and eat what you need as you lose so much when ill that way. Have a great day

With that acreage I would create a car park. Say 300 cars at £50 each during the regetta would be a tidy sum. And maybe add cream teas in a marquee!
I see, oh well, I'll miss it then. Wish you success. @Lol
