Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning everyone

BG 5.1 it's just not trying
BP 132/79
Pulse 52
Fear: high

We have some workmen coming into the house today to fit the alarm system. I am a bit fearful of how my wife may react.

The whole experience has been good so far as it has forced us to clean and tidy the house 🙂

Other than that, hopfully, exercise with my friend later on this afternoon.

Have a great day today whatever you are doing

Interesting article in BBC news today...

Morning all. 🙂 Nippy here. 6.5 for me. Did anybody get the alarm yesterday? I didn't hear owt, not that I had an ear cocked.

Morning. Awake a bit earlier than I would like/need to be but did sleep better overall. 4.8 this morning for me.

Both my kids phones got the alarm @Ditto - a minute apart. My personal phone has no SIM in (cos it doesn't recognise them any more) but my work phone has 2 (work one and my personal one) and didn't get the alarm at all.

I saw this pop up on FacebookScreenshot_20230423_180349_Samsung Internet.jpg

3.4 for me this morning and another long stretch of red on my graph despite no evening Levemir. I do vaguely remember waking up at 2.33am when my Libre alarm went off and I scanned a 3.9 but for some reason I went back to sleep without eating any JBs, even though they are there on the bedside table within easy reach. I was clearly very sleepy, but at least no risk of going dangerously low. I am up to a very naughty 8% below range this week due to 3 extended periods in the red over 3 nights when I had no evening basal, but daytime has still needed corrections with my max morning dose. Anyway, I have cut my morning dose by 2 units today, so hope that will help.

Good morning - 6.0

First exam today - English Language - 2 hours

Have a good day everyone!

6.3 for me this morning. Period of red on the graph yesterday evening and then a random high (10.8) in middle of the night? Went to bed at 6.0. Corrected, and Libre didn’t register it (said highest was 9.0, was definitely 10 as I checked on finger) which I’m glad about as my TIR is frustrating me this week with all the random highs and lows I keep having.

I was correct about my Sunday lunch - had ice cream for pudding too - levels stayed steady whilst out at the pub (8.7) but a few hours later saw a high of 12.
Have a good Monday everyone, good luck @Lily123!

Woke up to a text from the NHS reminding me that I’ve got eye screening today.
It’s the first I’ve heard about this appointment and of course I can’t go today so I’ll call and reschedule.

Stomach has settled nicely. Made leek and mushroom soup yesterday and wolfed that down.

Doing more work cataloguing and sorting stuff from the estate today with an auctioneer coming to look at some of the Chinese porcelain and the murano glass to see if there’s anything worth putting in an auction so that’s going to be interesting.

6.8 this morning.

Morning folks. 🙂 7.5 here.

It’s grey and raining. I wonder how many students I’ll have this afternoon - they’re mostly AWOL at the mo. I need to arrange an extra class because of the coronation bank holiday. Can I arrange it and teach it in their absence, I wonder? 😉

All the best for your exams @Lily123. 🙂

Morning all. 7.1 and it’s sunny after yesterday’s dull and windy weather.

We had a fabulous day yesterday. Lazy morning and then a circular walk incorporating a bit of hill climbing, rocky paths, stepping stones over a river and two of the most spectacular beaches in the area. It was blowing a hoolie especially as we got to Sanna Point, I could barely stand up! Six miles altogether and we hardly saw anyone. Home to a lovely tea, lamb chops, mash potatoes, leeks, carrots and broccoli. Throughout the day, when we had a signal, we kept getting aurora alerts, yellow, amber then red ( which is good). The chances were incredibly high to see the Northern Lights all over the UK, of course you need a clear sky and no light pollution. Mr Eggy was on pins. At 9.45 we drove down to the beach. It was starting to cloud over and was still light. Moved a couple of times to get a better vantage. It was absolutely freezing by now, but it paid off, a glint of green in the sky, we moved again, back to our cottage were we parked up, I went in to warm myself in front of the log burner and Mr Eggy went up a hill. I did go out at one point and pointed my iPhone SE at the sky and captured something. Mr Eggy was actually ecstatic, we’ve never seen them before. Apparently it was a good show according to the geeks ( enthusiasts) on social media. Anyone on here see it? He’s desperate to download his photos today so we’re having a day in.

Here’s some of my photos from it, the moon and Venus were also on display, that’s the two bright blobs! 😛 Also some from our windy walk.

Have a fab day, and @Lily123 you'll smash it. 🙂

Sorry, forgot to post BG.
Interestingly FTF was 7.2 but an hour later whilst reflecting on the beauty of creation and my Creator, just by drinking water... a 6.4!
Is this watered down blood I am measuring?

Thoughts please??
