Well, it was a lovely 4.4 for me this morning and a lovely straight line down from the 10.7 I went to bed on, which might suggest to most sensible people that I need to reduce my basal, but I can't because I didn't take any. 🙄 It was a real effort not to succumb to temptation and stick in a correction at bedtime, but I held out. Didn't sleep well but at least I didn't need any JBs. I should mention that that 6mmol steady drop whilst I slept was down to the power of exercise, namely my power walk yesterday morning. Don't get excited by the 5.2 guys, that was just a little FOTF added to my waking reading of 4.4 after I injected my morning insulin.
I didn't reduce my Levemir this morning because I needed every unit of it yesterday during the day, so we will see how today pans out.
Congrats to @MikeyBikey on your "down under" House Special. Not sure how that works? Have you been adjusting your time zones to play Wordle at odd hours again?
@ColinUK Loved your opera critique but what on earth were these opera writers on and didn't anyone have the guts to tell them that their plot lines were samey and quite frankly, rubbish or is that the whole point of it?
