Before Tea/Evening Meal

6.1 this evening, glad it’s not to high as just got home and it smells like my wife is cooking me a chicken curry, it’s out of a jar so probably not a healthy one 😳

May not be as bad as you think, some of the jars are good on carbs but the pastes are usually better.
I had some which were only 10g carbs per jar but can't find them again. Typical.
 
Good evening folks, It's a happy 6.3 for me this fine sunny day, now dinner and then I'm off for a bike ride.

Hope you're able to get it sorted and that wiser heads than mine can help out with advice.

Mine was 5.8 tonight. My pre/post prandial are always fine. Just those fasting ones to try and sort.
 
6.1 before tea which today wasn’t a healthy meal at all
had take away from IKEA we had been out shopping and was late
Didn’t have insulin with me so took medication as soon as got home (about an hour later)
spiked 15.4 😱on way home (which was annoying) but not suprised really, as had IKEA Swedish Style Hot Dog (had mash potato on the roll under the sausage) plus had fries with ketchup then a cinnamon bun, anyway as soon as hot home, took my meds then by the time had unloaded the car and pottered around putting a few things away in the garden levels were back into single figures 🙄
 
And a 6.2 for me this evening.
