All the fives, 5.5, which was a surprise as I baked a loaf of low(ish) carb bread and had been eating chunks of it along with other stuff (Spelt, Almond flour, Bran, eggs and some almond flour.) It's rather tasty.

I also need to remember to go into the chemist and ask them if they're still receiving Metformin on auto repeat. I haven't taken any for 10 months now, but at the diabetic check up last month the nurse said they were still on repeat prescription despite the fact she'd told the doctor I wasn't taking it and had changed the diagnosis to 'in remission'!

My readings have been variable. Mowed lawn at my sisters house. Had a cup of tea then had a piece of ryebread and cream cheese before going to an aquafit class. Only my second. It's at a private indoor pool near where I live. I'm considering going to one tomorrow same instructor in an outdoor pool/lido.

I'm going to have a large slice of asparagus quiche bought from the WI market.

Evening 'twas a HS again tonight, I can't ever seem to get that in the mornings recently

I listened in to that Webinar that Anna Ryder Richardson hosted earlier tonight however didn’t realise she is Pre-Diabetic (prior to tonight) the online event was put on by Abbott, I found it quite interesting - not sure if any other forum members were on there ?
