Done my usual 10K walk with my son, it was cold but great for walking
I’m just glad I can still do it , that’s a year now since I’ve retired and loving it

a respectable HS tonight, GP has been encouraging me recently to see how I am without insulin, I haven’t taken any insulin since Sunday looking ok so far so keeping fingers crossed

I had tonight half a pizza & side salad tonight, so will see what happens later & in the morning
