Wooden spoon for me today I think, as luck wasn’t with me I’m afraid. DNF so no grand total.

Very impressive score from @Robin today.

I think that makes my grand total 94

Well I really focused hard, didn't allow myself to be impulsive and didn't give in to the temptation of playing the easy game... ie I used the letters I got each time... and I just scraped through all 3.

Octordle by the skin of my teeth with a score of 72

I got an ice cream for the overall total ie 99 which is better than a wooden spoon, so happy enough!

First to post results today and unfortunately I am reporting a failure

Wordle in 4
Quordle in 8 7 6 5 = 26
Octordle I failed on the 6th word with 2 options left and one life. Annoyed as I was going to choose the right answer several lives earlier and then decided to wait and see if it was narrowed down by other answers and then I was down to 2 words and went with the other one.

Hope you guys have better luck.

I got worse as I went through, Was doing well in Quordle, but then it took 4 attempts to get the starting letter of the last word. Octordle went to the wire with several correct-but-for-one-letter events.

Total Score 87. I know it's beatable as my sister's total was 80 but then she was going to read English whereas I read Physics. - so very different!
