Wordle - Quordle Thread

Very much in the same vein as everyone else this morning...
Wordle in 4
Quordle in 8 7 5 6 so a total of 26, with one life left.
Octordle on my last life with an unsurprisingly high score of 70.
 
Probably, on average, one of my best Wordle days after my brain re-engaged! Whilst not my best Wordle or Octordle it may be my best Quordle. So here are the scores on the door:

Wordle in 4

Quordle in 7 (7, 6, 3, 5) giving a score of 21

Octordle in 11 with a score of 55

Decent scores (for me) today.
Wordle in 3 (nearly 2, I did the anagram of it for my second go)
Quordle in 7.5.4.6, two lives left
Octordle in 67, one life left.

Robin, I really can't believe we did the same with this! I got 2 gold with my first word (a consonant and a vowel), then 3 green and 2 gold with my second and obviously got it in 3, since it was just a question of switching the 2 gold letters. I did it before bed last night but couldn't be bothered to post.

Quordle result was mediocre 8 5 3 6 with a total score of 22 and one life left.

I crashed and burned on Octordle.
 
Well a really mixed day for me. Start well with Wordle in 3 and Quordle in 7 with a score of 21 (7, 4, 5, 6). But then it was Octordle time and it went horribly wrong with wrong choices when there were multiple ones. I knew the last three words but only had one go left so I popped on my coat and went for a walk! :(

At least something good came out of it in that it prompted you to head out and get some exercise and fresh air perhaps? How are you getting on with the prosthetic? I am assuming the walk was a walk and not a wheel here so apologies if I jumped the gun and you aren't quite up to actual walking yet. Hope it won't be too much longer. X

Quordle 5 4 7 6 so a score of 22 with 2 lives left
Octordle on my last life with a score of 66

Total score for all 3 puzzles is 93 by my reckoning.
 
Very similar result to @rebrascora for me this morning, with slightly different individual results, but the same total score.

Rather a late post as I did them well over 12 hours, ago. How things change day to day. Wordle and Quordle each took one guess more than yesterday so 4 and 8 respectively - the latter with a score of 24 (5, 4, 8, 7). And after running off the end in Octordle yesterday today I got it in 11 with a score of 59! 🙂

Just completed them before bed....

Wordle in a disappointing 5
Quordle on my last life with 5 9 7 4 so a total of 25
Redeemed myself in Octordle though with 3 lives left and a score of 52

Total for the 3 puzzles of 82
 
Back to mediocre for me this morning.
Wordle in 4
Failed Quordle on the bottom left, I’ve been caught out by that before.
Octordle in 66 with one life left.
 
Not great here either. Failed Octordle in the bottom left - just ran out of chances.

Like everyone else not a great day. Wordle in 5 and Quordle in 8 scoring 26 (5, 6, 8, 7 but 5, 6, 7, 8 going clockwise. Octordle went to the wire but could have been in 10. Twice I chose the wrong letter when I had four placed and then I chose a mug of coffee variant instead of a silly Americanism! Maybe I should put it in front of MikeyBikey! 🙂

Well, I am chomping no more and a sorry mess I made of them. If high scores were good I had an exceptional run at it...

Wordle in 5
Quordle 8 9 6 3 so a total of 26
Octordle on the last life with a score of 74

So..... a grand total of a whopping 105!! Beat that guys if you want the wooden spoon!

Sorry, already trailing as I got Wordle in 3! But if I run off the end of Octordle the points really mount up! 🙂

Update: And Quordle in 8 with score in mid-twenties! I could get the wooden spon yet! 🙂

Pretty dismal for me this morning, thanks to words in Octordle and Quordle that I have personally never heard of.

I made a good start, but got slowed down by an odd word that popped up in both Quordle and Octordle.
Wordle in 3
Quordle in 7,5,8,3
Octordle in 60, thanks to a good start, but with only one life left by the end.
