Wordle - Quordle Thread

An average day in Wordleland today. Wordle in 4, Quordle in 8 with a score of 24 (4, 5, 8, 7) and Octordle in 11 with a score of 59.

Quordle in 3 4 6 7 so a total of 20
Crashed and burned big style with Octordle on the 3rd AND 4th words, after I spent far too many lives on the multiple options available for the last letter of the 2nd word. Grr! 😡

Crappy luck again this morning 😡 Letter placements from early guesses left too many possible choices. Oh well...

Got worse as I was going this morning, but just scraped through.
Wordle in 4
Quordle in 8,7,3,6, one life left.
Octordle in 73 at the last gasp.

Clean start with Wordle in 3 and Quordle in 7 with a score of 21 (7, 6, 3, 5). Just scraped in on 13 with Octordle and a score of 62. Would have got below 60 but word 5 had three options and (you guessed it 🙂) I got it on 3 and last guess!

I had 1 life left in each puzzle today...
Wordle in 5.... I am sure this word was an answer in one of the other puzzles a couple of days ago!
Quordle 5 6 8 3 with a total of 22
Octordle with a surprisingly better score than I anticipated of 54, but I was on a flyer with it until the last remaining word, the 4th one, which had a few options and I kept choosing the wrong ones.

Crashed and burned on Octordle, I had two words still to guess when I ran out of goes. Serves me right for thinking ‘I’ll just knock it off quickly before I go for a shower'

Twinned with @Robin as so often happens on this forum and crashed and burned on 2 words in Octordle. I got off to what I thought was a great start but then it all went horribly wrong. I am blaming starting it whilst I was hypo.

Was only able to finish 2 out of 3 this morning, as I just ran out of time in Octordle. In my defence, some of the words this morning I found decidedly odd. Best of luck to the rest of you!

So slightly better than average day. Today's Wordle in 5 but bogged down in Quordle!

Edited to add that there were 3 red tiles on my Octordle result before I hit send but for some reason they have disappeared 🙄 The computer is clearly trying to save my embarrassment!

Not really a good day! Wordle in 5 (but nice triangle), Quordle in 8 (looked like a good run till I hit Top Right) with a score of 24 () and Octordle to the wire (LHS was tricky) with score of 72. As said some odd words today. Now is it sleep or Wordle?
