Wordle - Quordle Thread

After taking both Wordle and Quordle to the wire I decided to give up for the day. However, I saw @Rob Oldfield's post and decided to have a go but only scraped through.

Quordle to the wire for 26 (7, 9, 4, 6)
Octordle in 12 for 65

Total Score 97!

Too much fresh air and sunshine today, and a long drive, has addled my brain. Managed them all, but only just, and had the max score for Quordle.

Was pleased with Wordle but after a rubbish Quordle was going to quit for thr the night but felt a bit squiffy and after a few scans (bl**dy signal loss) found BG was 3.5 (bl**dy Doxycycline) so some JBs and pressed on for a baked bean reward!

Luck was definitely with me for Wordle today, and for Octordle. Quordle was my usual so-so, but I still got a rare (for me) sub 80 total.

Slotting in to tie with @Robin with a 4 on Wordle (after spending ages trying to think of any word that fitted for row 4!), a 5, 7, 4, 6 on Quordle for 22, and a 52 on Octordle for a total of 78.

Starting a new day with a 3 on Wordle, a 3, 8, 5, 7 for a 23 on Quordle, and a 53 on Octordle. Comes out as a total of 79.

Good start with Wordle in 2 for the second day running, but then I failed Quordle, on the word that had lots of vowels.

Odd order for me today. Did the Quordle first and came out with a 3, 5, 6, 8 for 22, Octordle next was a 52 and ended with a nice lucky Wordle 2. Total of 76.
