Better result today (3+18+52=73). So much luck involved in these puzzles…

Middle of the road again for me, took three attempts to get the first letter of Wordle.

Sorry Mikey. afraid I can't save you from the kitchen utensil today as miraculously I completed all 3! Not a winning score by any means but definitely feel like I won by my standards...

So I just tackled Octordle in 12 for 65. Bar my schoolperson error it would have been 5 + 26 +65 = 96 still keeping the Spoon of Wood out of @rebrascora 's hands!

Another late night set change required. Ho hum.

A 3 for Wordle, then a 5, 3, 6, 4 Quordle for 18, finishing with a 59 for Octordle and a total of 80.

Having made it successfully through my nemesis, I got totally slap happy in Octordle, just didn't focus at all and went for it, putting in the first thing that came into my head and as a result I bombed out on not just one but 2 Xs.... so a DNF in Octordle for me today.

Off to see if I can redeem myself on the Weekly challenge.... my expectation is not high!

Weekly challenge with RADIO 5 4 8 7 = 24..... Quite pleased with that!

After the bad start things did not improve much so leaving the Weekly in cased it becomes a Weakly!

I only had got two questions right with less than 20 minutes to go on University Challenge then got four more!;Righto I thought on a roll let's try the Weekly Challenge. Got it in 7 for 21!

Thought I was going for a record high score this morning after two scrapes, but suddenly Octordle fell into place.

Wordle in 3, followed by a tricky Quordle for a 7, 5, 4, 9 25, but then a nice Octordle 52. Totals to 80.

Disappointing 4 in Wordle
Not too bad 22 in Quordle and then....
bombed out in Octordle as I had all the answers but was short of a life to complete it.

Later than usual today - got engrossed in a software problem. Tied with @MikeyBikey (3+21+62=86).

Bad start to the day, failed Quordle! Three choices for the middle letter of the final word, two lives left, you can imagine the rest. So played a very safe Octordle after that.
