Yes and you seem to eat alot of mash as you had fish cake(these usally have potato in) and mash the day before. Most find that if they can tolerate potato at all new potato seems to have less impact.
I can eat chips but only if there soft enough to swallow cause I can’t chew things at the moment.

If you don't eat breakfast than don't eat it if you don't want. If you were going to have Weetabix would not suit most.

I don’t. This diet thing is so confusing for me. I’m new to all this. I don’t understand a lot of things. My mum is diabetic and she seems to cope. I enjoy my meals to much. It’s hard for me to cope with new things in my life. I need to eat to Survive.

You need to sort your tooth out, if it’s impacting how you eat get it removed. Meanwhile, what about a stick blender?

Chips are also potato, if you’re climbing to an 11 with mash you probably won’t be able to eat chips either.

Unfortunately there is no on size fits all. I have altered what I eat numerous times over the years. One of the easiest things to try if you are finding difficult is maybes to reduce the portions of what you eat and how you go on that.

The dentist won’t see me if I’m not in pain with it. It’s for emergencies only. They are the reason why I lost weight in the first place. That’s why I’m eating like l am.

Yeah okay. I’m not coping very well with this. I get upset a lot when people don’t listen to me.

But you are in pain if it’s impacting how and what you eat.

All you can do is your best and try and do what you can cope with.
I’ve got a Pathetic woman doctor who can’t write a Decent letter to home finder about my health conditions. She took me off of two lots of tablets that wasn’t good for me which l now buy over the counter. That’s co-codamol. Which l know you suppose to take for 3 days only but l take them every 4 hours everyday. They keep me going. But l won’t tell the doctor or pharmacist that cause there stop serving me them. I haven’t been myself since l lost my dad last year.

Sorry you sound as if you have got lots of issues going on. Hope you find something that works for you.
