I’m actually contemplating a no fat high carb diet. I have no weight to loose, pretty insulin sensitive on my current diet. (In comparison with other T1 accounts online.) I have an HbA1c within NHS guidelines. However. I’m looking for non-diabetic levels in light of a recent health threat. I’m up for trying anything.
