Group 7-day waking average?

GM,

5.5 for me.

Ready for work, hat, coat, umbrella and sun screen. Probably won't need snow boots. I am indeed a woman for all seasons.

Wishing everyone a fruitful day.

Good morning, 6.5 for me this morning, after eating some chilli peanuts last night.
I can confirm that the KP ones are not as nice as the ones from buy wholefoods online :(
It's Larry's last day at work today and also his birthday, he's going in to say goodbye to everyone and hand in his laptop and pass.

Good morning all. 5.3 at 6am when I arose. Had breakfast and emptied the dishwasher, I'm on a mission to get my butt moving before 10am!

Had a funny, not ha ha funny, experience at GP surgery yesterday. I decide to walk, just two miles, and the same back, it was warm and I was a bit sweaty when I arrived. Didn't wait long before I was called, full bloods taken by a practice nurse, really easy, found a vein straight away, it's usually a struggle. Pressed down with a cotton wool ball, plaster, and on my way. I wasn't even out of the waiting room when I realised I was bleeding and dripping all over the floor. I had a squirter! Another patient was behind me and went in a blind panic and dashed to reception, this is a huge super duper new super surgery and everywhere is spread out. I was fine, I was just worried about the trail of blood I'd left in my wake! Reception staff aren't allowed to administer plasters so they called the nurse back out, in the meantime lots of paper towels were administrated, they were as much use as a chocolate kettle! Nurse came out, she said she had followed the trail of blood, much pressing and lots of cotton wool and it stopped, new, and bigger, plaster stuck on, sent to loo to get cleaned up and told I wasn't to walk home in case I passed out. I honestly felt fine but rang Mr Eggy to appease them, plus I didn't want to have a two mile trail of blood through a large housing estate. Left plaster on all night, I've just ripped it off, what a blooming mess, bruised and lumpy. I can only assume the exercise and heat had a bearing on it, but I can't help thinking she must have been a bit rough or the needle was too big, and it was me apologising for making a mess!

Quiet day today, a walk and some housework/laundry.

Have a fab day.

Happy birthday to Larry, is he retiring today? if so, happy retirement too.

Morning all, 6.1 here.
We had decent rain overnight! It wasn’t forecast, but I'm not complaining (even though OH watered all the veg last night). Off to son's today to tame his garden, then back via a NT property for a walk and tea.

Good morning - 7.0

Have a great day everyone

.morning all how are we all, well I hope. It's a dark dull start to the day here rain predicted for later. I don't care I'm in a good place today mentally. Last night at 430am or should I say this morning I had one of my nighttime comfort pig outs tried to keep it healthy , had 2 pears, some cherrys and a small pack of beef jerky result at 630am bg was 6.2 which is a lot better than I expected told you I have a complex relationship with food.
It's going to be a beautiful day no matter what. Am going to local sports centre with other residents. Can't use Indie because of rain so will get a taxi there/back.
You all take care love and best wishes to everyone of you as always extra special wishes and hugs to anyone who's on their own and or struggling
xxxxxx

Morning and a 6.2 and pretty flat line after a second round of the Cheese and Onion pie from last night.
Had a Cheese Toastie at a Canalside cafe yesterday and could probably give up meat to be a Veggie but never Chesse to be a Vegan.
Quick burst in garden last night taking Ivy off one of our trees and then picked up son from work ( my wife takes him in day and I pick him up if finishing late).
Not sure whether to go out today or WFH as weather looks a bit undecided and I normally WFH on a Friday and will be tomorrow. Decisions?
Anyway have a good day all

Back in the sixes with a 6.3 for me this morning. 🙂

Dez

6.5 this morning.

Gym. Followed by theatre. It’s a new musical called Maiden Voyage and it’s based on an all female round the world yacht crew. One thing for sure, it won’t be full of seamen.

Good morning! A pleasant suprise of 5.5 after waking to 8's and 9's for a few days.

First amputee physio since January. Carers come within a large window but I specifically booked 7:00 for this morning. None have arrived so far.

Overcast...

We are now in the ambulance pick-up window and no carer has arrived. Fortunately I have got myself in a good enough to go. After six-months this will define where I am at! 🙄
