Group 7-day waking average?

Morning

5.8 this morning, today will consist of getting ready for our week in Norfolk, will not know exactly how much we can get in the car until hubby picks up the hire car, he orders from a certain type and is hoping for a Volvo XC60, but as per their terms and conditions it can be a similar car. Main essentials are 4 doors and big enough for mum’s wheelchair and our clothes and essentials box and fold up chairs, if we can fit in the spare coffee maker and kids boogie boards that is a bonus.

Congratulations @eggyg on today’s HS
Congratulations @NickE on yesterday’s HS.

You are coming to my neck of the woods a lovely area enjoy it

Morning all. Blue sky out the window, at least the little bit I can see. Awful broken night. Only room for one new patient on the ward but they fitted in two. One is an awful demanding woman who treats it like a hotel, demanding food and cups of tea. Also discusses her personal business loudly on the phone for all to hear.

5.9 at the point where I looked, but was woken successively from 5 am for various procedures including once to be asked about my bowels. I swear it's a form of extreme torture.

Congratulations @eggy on your HS. Hope I congratulated @NickE on yesterday's.

Good morning all how are you today. Had 4.5 hours sleep last night but it was good quality deep sleep and I woke up feeling refreshed so I'm a happy bunny today, a bunny who's in a good headspace. Might go out on Indie today feel the need to get out and get some fresh air
BG 6.7 (WALNUTS AGAIN) still that's a good bg level to be at. Bit of a dull start to the day but it's going tobe a good day, feel it in my bones.
You all have a good safe happy day. Love to you all especially anyone who's on their own or struggling
I wish you all the colours of the rainbow except blue

Morning all, 7.2 here. The power of protein! Was a bit lower than I’d like at bedtime, in the 5s, and had done a couple of hours gardening, so ate some cottage cheese and a teaspoonful of peanut butter. Obviously didn’t need that much.
Managed a good day out yesterday, did son's garden (I’ve never pulled out so many weeds!) then called at Charlecote on the way home, and sat out in the courtyard having coffee in sunshine, though we could see storm clouds gathering. Got back home, and an hour later the heavens opened.

Morning folks!

6.6

So Maiden Voyage yesterday was fun. It was about the Whitbread Round The World Race that the Tracey Edwards skippered Maiden GB competed in in 1989 winning two legs and coming in second overall.

I remembered the news coverage at the time.

It’s a fun show. Good set, complete with mast and functioning sails, slight tech issues with mics cutting out at various times but such a small venue it didn’t really matter.

Overall it’s an enjoyable show that clearly has a lot of heart and made us all smile. Can’t ask for more than that tbh.

Morning all. Remaining in the 8 to 9 range but eating dire. Going to get healthy when I come back off holiday, we're off to Withernsea yay. See you anon x

A 5.7 for me today AND

A 7.3 for me today.

August already?! How did that happen!

Congrats on the HS @eggyg

Morning 6.9 today
Congrats on todays HS @eggyg

Have a Fabulously Fantastic Friday

6.4. But that looks a little better than I deserve as I had a small bowl of cornflakes before bedtime as I was worried I was a bit low. Went a bit high. Took a correction dose at 3am with the result above. Had a strange dream where I was in hospital and a group of doctors and nurses were arguing over whether I should have a pump and after a lot of nagging and a four hour delay fitted me with this enormous plastic apparatus which covered my whole front!

Off to M&S to get food for Cecilia, my grand daughter, as she’s sleeping over tomorrow.

Nick

Hi @PattiEvans
I have the same problem when volunteering at the hospital ward, you always get one patient demanding this and that instantly. The nurse sometimes has to say something to them to be polite, telling them I’m a volunteer so don’t demand things, but some don’t bother, take care .

Good morning folks. Started August with a 6.9. The weather is dull and drizzling after a brighter start. Off to the recycling centre again with more bits and wood and rubbish. Getting a load of woodchip delivered around lunchtime.

Congratulations on your HS @eggyg
Enjoy your Norfolk holiday @Grannylorraine
Hope you don't have to put up with Ms Entitled for long @PattiEvans

Trying to arrange borrowing the club honey extractor soon. Another member also needs to use it so we will sort it out between us.
Have a happy Friday folks and take care x̌x

Morning all. A happy 5.1 for me this grey day....

5.5 on a cool, grey but dry Berkshire morning. Rained a lot yesterday, including an almighty thunderstorm around tea time with torrential rain for several minutes. By the time it stopped our sunken patio looked more like a paddling pool.

Friday, so usual grocery shop and then put the cricket on. Hopefully there'll be no rain interruptions today. Tennis later but Raducanu's not on court until after midnight our time so not sure whether to stay up for that.

Congratulations @eggy on your HS this morning

Enjoy your holiday @Grannylorraine

Have a good day, all.

A fun start to the day. Debt collection letter arrived addressed to me for an old mobile phone contract that apparently ended in the late 1990s and for a company I’ve never had a phone contract with.
Reported to fraud folks at the police and also a Prove It letter sent via recorded delivery.

It looked legit but clearly isn’t. Be careful out there folks!
