Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. 7.1 for me, quickly dropping to 6.2. Today i need to do the weekly shop as tomorrow is busy, then a friend is coming round for our cuppa and craft day. Mum finally came back out of hospital yesterday.

@Robin what gorgeous views. Have a good time.

@ColinUK enjoy the exhibitions.

Good moaning! A rather unexpected 13.4. The annoying thing is I cannot think of anything different to me last few evenings.

Hoping I get some physio today. Despite being back from hospital by lunchtime yesterday I didn't get any for fourth day in a row!

Closed the window last night as got quite chilly.

Morning 6.6 today, was 8.8 yesterday

Busy day (work wise) yesterday and never got to post in the end, looks like there’s pages and pages of posts to catch up on, I’ve currently got one eye on my breakfast and one on this iPad, a quick congrats to @Colin g on your HS yesterday and @Pam123 for the day before

Have a Terrific Tuesday everyone 😎

Morning and a 3.9 as bumped along the bottom most of night but had some toast first thing and loved it.
@Eternal422 you must have passed within half a mile of my house as you travelled up towards Wheelock.
Going through the Harecastle Tunnel would be an experience and envy you doing it yesterday.
Nice lunch out today at my favourite place well a “ business lunch” but with someone I have known for a very long time so will be good.I told my wife I was meeting her in case anyone there mentioned I was having a secret lunch with another woman.
Don’t want to upset her before our little break to Cotswolds and is going to be Scorchio so will take my collection of hats 🙂
Have a great day

Mikey the 4th day in a row with no physio could well be "the difference".
I have to increase my overnight basal if I haven't done exercise for a few days or I will be mid teens and then reduce it when I go back to regular exercise.

5.1 for me this morning but quite a bit of red on my overnight graph. Not a huge problem, as I slept pretty soundly.

GM,

4.8 for me. Looks like a lovely day outside, alas, I will be in the office for most of the day. Sigh.

Wishing everyone a good day

Morning

3.6 today, off to to nurse to be weighed and blood pressure taken. Other than that goi g round to my mums. Nice and sunny at the moment and supposed to be a pleasant 24 degrees today. I had to shut my back door at 5pm yesterday as I had cold feet and considered putting something long sleeved on.

@Colin g - congratulations on yesterday’s HS.

A 4.9 for me this morning. 🙂

Morning all. 5.9 at 7.30.

I got waylaid, ie breakfast, then Wordle and I was just reading Professor Heather Cox Richardson’s letter from America on FB ( brilliant insight into what is happening in the USA, plus lots of history lessons) when I realised I hadn’t been on the forum! Mr Eggy said “ quick they’ll think you’ve popped your clogs!” In my defence I’ve got a headache and not thinking straight.

We went to see the young ones yesterday, they’ve had a great time on the cruise. Glad to be home though, two weeks in a cabin, albeit a junior suite, was a bit much for them. Daughter was knee deep in laundry, we kept an eye on the girls and she went shopping, I hung some more washing out for her. She’s back at work today, no rest for the wicked! Holidays are hard work when you’ve a young family, I remember it well.

Today, I’m going shopping for a few bits and bobs as it’s child care tomorrow. Then I’m going to turn 1kg of raspberries into jam. Still lots on the bushes, I’m picking them everyday and freezing them, I’ll let Zara and Eden pick them tomorrow, not sure they’ll make it into the house.

Weather forecast good again, I’m liking having a bit of sunshine instead of rain.
@Robin wow! I’m very jealous.
@freesia glad your mum’s home.
@Eternal422 I read that as you were having a drink of Red Bull! I thought, I hope that barge has a high ceiling as he’ll be on it after that! o_O

Have a great day.

Thanks for the insight Barbara. It ties in with my experience the two times I had labouring jobs but I rarely had a day off then!

Fortunately I had a sister with more 'common sense," regarding diabetes and was allowed to take my insulin rather earlier than usual so it was starting to come down when breakfast came!

Morning everyone. It’s a beautiful morning here, bright and sunny with a light breeze, cycling weather me thinks!

Anyway, it’s a happy 4.7 for me today and my porridge is ready so have a great day everyone and stay safe.
