5.7 again on a bright but dry (and sunless) morning. Sky's the colour of milk. No thunderstorms here yesterday despite the forecast, but there were plenty elsewhere according to the BBC.
Our two boys got home from Cardiff just after 1am. Long day but worth it to see Wales run out 3-1 winners. The M4 closure didn't cause much of a delay, and no delay at all coming back. That's 7 games in a row unbeaten. Shame the rugby team can't do the same.
Wife's just left for a day out browsing antique shops with a friend and won't be back until tea time. Our youngest was up early for his 8 till 5 shift at Tesco but I don't expect to see his brother for a while yet. His futsal team have an away fixture in London today but the KO isn't until 5:15, so he'll be happy to get some rest after driving to Cardiff and back yesterday.
@Robin &
@eggyg we've also noticed how expensive lamb's become so we only have it occasionally and always buy a half-leg and cook it in our slow cooker. When I was younger roast lamb was a Sunday regular.
Enjoy your Sunday.
