Group 7-day waking average?

Dad had one that was Custard Yellow. Then he had another one that was Silver Fox.

We were clearly young enough to fit in the back comfortably when he had those but then he traded up and got a Marina.
Two kids are fine in the bucket seats, three wouldn’t work I’m afraid, however much he tried!

Afternoon. Rain this morning, now just grey.

Changed my G7 sensor before bed, and then had a low at 2am. My fault, not enough carbs in my evening meal. Swallowed glucose and ended up with about 8.2 for breakfast.

Looking forward to a trip to Sussex tomorrow and on Wednesday Glyndebourne for The Barber of Seville. Should be fun. It’s some years since we went last and my dinner jacket seems to have shrunk! Never mind, managed to get a new old one from Oxfam UK online shop.

I have no pics of barbers or picnics so thought this might appeal:

It's wet just now and rather chilly for Glyndebourne just now . Hope it improves for tomorrow.

Late today but, catching up on lost sleep! 13:44 BS 7.9 & a relief to see decent figures!

A Very G’Day Mates & hope you’re having a Wonderful Day? 😉

Yesterday was one of those “Write-Off” days & my BS readings, & graph, looks like I was stranded on the Tibetan Plateau of the Himalayas! 😱 I eventually gave up trying to get BS ti come down by snacking & NR that just wouldn’t work while not moving much sitting upright in bed & went to sleep very late/early in the night/morning when I felt a change, easing, in my breathing & hoped but, didn’t know, my BS would settle down: it DID; yesterday’s graph looks like a steep climb to Tibet where it wobbled for hours, despite my best efforts & wasted snack foods, on a very high plateau, not quite as it was a series of little bumps down & up, then, a slightly less steep drop as my BS FINALLY came down while I slept! 😱o_O

Today, THANK GOODNESS!, is a bit easier on the breathing: still a bit of wheezing & heavy breathing but, nothing worse, so far; it’s still damp & cloudy but, not as sunny & symptoms have eased somewhat! Just need a drop of sweat over one eye for this emoji :D, or maybe this one , to be a Phew! emoji! >>😉😉 o_O

I was maybe a glutton for punishment but, I wanted to see what damage has been done to my weight with my thwarted, & wasted, attempts to get BS down with snacks & NR these last few days & I’m back up to 91.4 kilos: I might as well NOT have eaten ANYTHING at all with NR as BS STILL wobbled for hours on end; sometimes things just go against you! A Great Big Sigh & Tearing Hair Out In Frustration emojis!!

Anyway, I’m just grateful for small mercies today & can BREATHE a bit easier! Just about a 🙂

late again another 5.1 today that's 3 in a row, just got back from the cinema great film we really enjoyed it, I got a bit of a surprised though, I had my glasses on as usual, I know my eyes have improved since using the Mask, but got a shock when I removed them to give them a quick clean I realised I could much better without them.

Morning a 6.7 and a busy day ahead with a fair bit of driving from mid Wales to Shropshire to Cheshire so nice countryside.
Walked the dogs and put the bins out and stuff in the car so just need to have breakfast, shower and jump in the car.
Yesterday was good in Chester but went home early rather than lunch out.
Have a good day all.

Morning all. A better 6.7 for me, albeit helped by a 2u overnight correction. Today is weekly shop then see a friend for our usual craft and cuppa day.

5.9

Feeling a bit blue. It’ll pass. It always does.

Morning all. 🙂 7.0 for me.

A busy day ahead, then the rest of the week is admin and lesson planning...and celebrating my OH’s birthday. We need to get him an application form for his free bus pass - if something’s free, grab it with both hands and don’t let go, I say!

I sent an email to my DSN on Monday via the pesky Hub - direct contact not allowed. The Hub have let me know that the email has been received and passed on, but I’ve no way of knowing if she’s seen it or not. I’ll ring the Hub next week to chase it up...I appreciate they’re busy, but I’m not happy with the “roll out the new technology and let them get on with it”. I need some support.

Anyhoo, it’s not raining, yippee. Happy mid-week, folks.

Good morning 7.3 for me. Quiet day and nothing planned.
Enjoy your midweek folks.:D

Good morning. 6.6 on this damp, cloudy, cool and windy day. Par for the course for middle daughter’s birthday. She rarely gets a decent day weather wise, but as she’s at work it doesn’t matter.

Just a day at home, more prepping for tomorrow’s belated birthday lunch.

Happy birthday to Mr @Bloden also. Do you get your bus pass at 60 in Wales? What a cheek, I’ve to wait until I receive my state pension, 66 years and 1 month. Only 11 months to go!

Have a wonderful Wednesday y’all.

Morning 5.7 today

I’ve noticed over last few days my TIR (according to my Libra) has slipped slightly, before when I taking insulin my TIR 95% whereas now it’s down to 87%
the 10.1-13.3 range up to 13%
will be interesting in a few months time to see how it’s gone, think I’m due to see consultant at the hospital within the next 3 months

I weighed myself this morning, now down to 80.5 KG BMI 26.2
currently I’m trying to get to under 80 KG, according to NHS on-line BMI calculator for my height a “healthy weight, is under 76.5, so not to far to that goal & get my BMI down to under 25 - still a long way down from when my BM was 40 😱

Everything is really good for me at the moment
I’ve pages of posts on here I know I’ve missed recently, but hope everybody is fine

Have a Wonderful Wednesday
TC 😉

A 5.4 this morning for me. 🙂

Good morning, 6.0 for me today.
Yesterday evening I sat in bed with a good book (Traumaland by Josh Silver) and ate an entire pack of sharing crisps by myself. It was brilliant.
Today is nice and sunny, as opposed to the torrential downpour we had yesterday ("Mummy, I was the only person in my class without a raincoat!" said the 7yo, crossly, after school. Whoops...!)
I'm looking forward to what will hopefully be a pleasant day undertaking more stock work.
Take care everyone.
