Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all and 6.4 for me.

Doesn't look like a gardening day out there.

Need to finish programming sounds for our Swedish jaunt later this month. Good rehearsal last night but we've chucked a couple of different songs in.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning. 6.6 on this damp, cloudy, cool and windy day. Par for the course for middle daughter’s birthday. She rarely gets a decent day weather wise, but as she’s at work it doesn’t matter.

Just a day at home, more prepping for tomorrow’s belated birthday lunch.

Happy birthday to Mr @Bloden also. Do you get your bus pass at 60 in Wales? What a cheek, I’ve to wait until I receive my state pension, 66 years and 1 month. Only 11 months to go!

Have a wonderful Wednesday y’all.
In my Area you have to be in receipt of State Pension, too!

5.6 on a bright but cool Berkshire morning. Dry at the moment but rain coming in later. Yesterday we had a wet morning then one torrential downpour just after lunch, one of those where a few spots turns into a monsoon in about 30 seconds. Luckily I was driving at the time.

Despite expecting the leisure centre to be quieter yesterday, on account of half-term being over, there were still plenty of youngsters there. Some schools had INSET days, I expect.

It's Home Alone Wednesday so I have the day to myself. Hygienist later, plus a run out to the garden centre to restock on fruit & veg. Also need to pick up some garden waste sacks from the library, and it's QFs day in the tennis, but first up - coffee and the newspaper.

Have a good day.

Morning all. The magic number today, a 5.2, and it's cool and breezy outside, and we need some more rain here as the ground is looking parched.

Have a good rest of the day folks and stay well.

I read that as OF day and suddenly thought you were a bit of a dark horse Martin!

I sent an email to my DSN on Monday via the pesky Hub - direct contact not allowed. The Hub have let me know that the email has been received and passed on, but I’ve no way of knowing if she’s seen it or not. I’ll ring the Hub next week to chase it up...I appreciate they’re busy, but I’m not happy with the “roll out the new technology and let them get on with it”. I need some support.
Exactly how I feel @Bloden. Struggling with Ypsopump and CamAPS with little to no support!

Morning all (just). Cloudy and threatening rain.

5.2 this morning! With a lovely straight line. Sorry I can't prove it but I've yet to master taking screenshots on my new phone. I know how to do it in theory, but it doesn't seem to work for me. It was so simple on my Motorola.

Almost midday and still in my PJs due to lots of phone calls coming in before I had a chance to get in the shower. So far this morning I've given my entire medical history to a Reflexologist in the hopes she can cure my nose which runs like a tap as soon as I get near food and it's making eating into pure misery. Then the friend I'm meeting tomorrow rang to arrange our activities and we decided the only sensible thing in view of the weather forecast was to go to the cinema to see The Salt Path. I always get delegated to book the tickets... but her Movie Magic card had expired and I end up helping her over the phone to renew it online. Then I remember Boots had sold me short on my prescription which J picked up yesterday, so I rang them... think I might get showered now!

Nothing much on this afternoon... maybe some ironing. The regular meet up in the pub early Weds evenings seems to have fallen off, so whether we go or not remains to be seen.

Congratulations to @Barrowman on your HS.

Oooh and @eggyg the Welsh do not accept our bus passes... when we had a break in Cardiff it cost us an arm and a leg on their buses.

Have a good day all....

9.4 for me on this bright morning, well apart from the clouds too, cleared up a treat by this afternoon, bit of a breeze though.

I had support? this morning but my support worker soon vacated the premises saying he wasn't qualified to work with me, when I said I was suffered with psychosis on occasions, and T2. What the...I phoned the office and said the same. They couldn't send anyone else, but tbh I said I'd give it a rain-check on today. My regular support comes tomorrow so that should go ok. Never happened in all the 25 years of support with me, with various offices, only today!

TiR today is back up to 90%, BG average 7.5. Took my BMI yesterday at 25.1 at 90Kg - I don't often work it out apart from periodic medicals that both the MH folk and the doctors. ask me to do.

Congratulations @Barrowman and @PattiEvans on your HSs.

Hope you all have a good day, and those who suffer - to find some solace.

Congrats on the HS @Barrowman and @PattiEvans.

@PattiEvans and @Bloden i always assumed you'd get more support with pumps than MDI (i don't know why i thought that). Technology to help is great but if the support isn't backing it up, its not helpful. If the pumps are gradually being rolled out for all T1s, surely the support should be there too, at least until you know/the pump knows what to do.

Even later today! 😳 1st time 05:17 BS 6.3 ate & went back to bed as I was still tired. 2nd time 13.18 BS 10.2 meds & tresiba then, dozed off again! 3rd time 14:47 BS 11.4 & ate breakfast just before my 15:30 appointment with my social worker which, could well be the last time I see her in person as our 2 years is up & she’s handing me onto another team that specialises in helping people to be housed in sheltered accommodation: they may request her as a liaison on our 1st meeting; but, may not? I shook her hand with a good hearty handshake & said if it’s the last time we meet in person, I must say farewell properly? So, literally just sat down right now after social worker has left & posting.

A Very G’Day Mates & hope you’re having a Wonderful Day? 😉

Yesterday’s graph looked a bit better in that the bumps down were a bit bigger but, still tending to get stuck on high BS so, I have kept to 50 tresiba, for now, until I get over this bad bout of asthma/hay fever combo. It’s a bit sunnier again today but, still quite damp with fast moving cloud cover so, a slightly bit more difficultly to breathe today than yesterday but, still not as bad as the day before yesterday! 🙄 It probably helped that I just left the BS alone in between meals without any NR or food: already know with nearly 2 years of the libre that NR on its own without food doesn’t work; from yesterday, a bit of food with NR doesn’t either OR I just wasn’t giving it enough NR but, didn’t dare to give it anymore! 😱 Anyway, I didn’t want to risk increasing my insulin resistance that’s so high already! So, it was a catch 22: dammed if you do; dammed if you don’t! o_O No food or NR between meals & leave high BS to try correcting again at the next meal as I have work to do again to lose weight! A Frustrated emoji!
