Group 7-day waking average?

Could be any! I’ve not done Old Man of Coniston but Cat Bells starts like that. We did Latrigg a few weeks ago and that was a brutal start then easy. Both near Keswick. Ring any bells?
I will ask my mate who went with me.I just recall it was a very steep walk for first 15-20 minutes and then got a lot easier. We parked at the lake and it we dared not to stop as we would not start again but once we did the first “ climb” it was fine.
Thanks

I managed to get a half puffy finger pad this morning so got the pricker out 6.0 today, last time I pricked was the same so I hope my pricker gadget is working ok.

I thought I might try biotin supplement with zinc and selenium to see if that may help the skin situation, but I did read something about it may helping blood glucose levels, I am a bit concerned about the Ge-ek supplement dose though, it was 10,000 ug which seems a bit high at even half that dose, I wonder if any one else has tried Biotin? A shot in the dark.

Have a fab Friday everyone and a very good weekend too. Here's to happy blood glucose levels. <3

Afternoon all. It was a 4.5 for me earlier this greyish morning...

Was a 9.2 for me this morning.Should have took the dog out last night but got lazy .Hence the high reading Well highlight of the week today.Get the food shopping in marks and Spencers..This healthy eating costs a bleeding fortune Have a good day folks whatever your doing.

9.2 for me on this decidedly overcast day, but still quite warm.

My wife has gone to GM in the West end, so I took the opportunity to give Merlin tarot a clean in the atmosphere I created - incense and calming music (J Tull - Stand Up), as that is what works for them, on a square of black silk. They we're very appreciated of it. Haven't done it for years... need practice.

5.2 again this morning had a lovely day out took hubby on a shopping trip new clothes and chippy lunch
Congratulations on your HS and hope you bought something nice to celebrate :star:

Bg this morning was 8.5 that's fine with me.

Not a happy bunny today! As I get older I find my mind doesnt just wander, it buggers off completely! 😱 Had a worrying afternoon looking for some personal documents ~ could I find them? Nah did I 'eck! Looked everywhere even in the most unlikely places eg washing machine; fridge; freezer; airing cupboard; outhouse, you name it! Despair! 😡 I gave up, had a coffee and rattled my brain as to where the docs could be. So I started all over again rummaging through files. Then lo and behold I found them. Where? In a file where they shouldn't be right next to where they should be!!! Can't see for looking! Dozy so & so! What a fiasco!! Should sleep tonight now.

Congrats to all of you that had HS's today.
Take care and look after yourselves folks.....and enjoy your weekend whatever you plan doing.

Don't worry about it, this morning I reached for my glasses on the bedside table and they weren't there. Searched the floor, in the bed, on the bed. Guess where they were, ON MY NOSE. Must have gone to sleep with them on.

6.5 this morning. I indulged a bit at Dundee with the folks last night so that’s ok.

Morning all. 6.4 and it’s damp! Eughh! Give me the frost any day.

Didn’t do much yesterday, a bit washing, which got dried, a walk to Aldi for some bits for tonight’s tea. A bit reading. Mr Eggy is currently putting in a new clothes post as the last one rotted and fell over. It means I presently only have one washing line and it’s not big enough. It’s a big job, digging the old one out, and then concreting the new one in. Hoping this will last for ever ( well, our forever)!

Today, apart from mixing concrete, not much on.

Here’s the yellow hammer photo I promised yesterday @Wendal, I think they’re both males according to my Collins bird book. The best out of the four I took. They were back yesterday too but too flitty to get any photos so didn’t try!

Morning all. 6.2 for me on waking today to a wet dreary day. Our spell of glorious sunshine has come to an end unfortunately, but hopefully will return before too long. This past week has been so nice. Have a great day everyone.

Just showed my wife your gorgeous picture and she said they looked like a cross between a canary and a sparrow and had not seen them before.
Happy for them to flit to our garden just tell them to follow the M6.

A 7.1 for me but at least a flat night and very happy as had our Pizza and chose the 4 cheese, spinach, sun blushed tomato special which was lovely. Then my wife wanted a Lindt chocolate and likes the Red ones so we had to open the big fancy Red ball I bought her for Xmas and contains about 100 of them. Now it is open it will be like Pandora’s box lol.
Did not need a correction dose either and put 8u of NR in just after finishing the Pizza and kept me between 6 and 8 all evening/ night so diabetes fairy was being kind after being a bit naughty lately.
Went to tip 3 times with garden rubbish yesterday afternoon so always feel better and probably going to garden centre today.
Anyway have a great w/ end.
