Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. A higher 10.6 again. Yesterday took all day to get levels under 7, only for them to bounce back up overnight again. I don't want to start messing with the insulin yet as some days this week i've been too low. We'll see what happens.

I've not much to do today, just some dusting and cleaning. Theres a few jobs in the garden that need doing, i'm still trying to cut down the tree which has grown up a wall and is now dead. Also pull up the ivy and weeds that are growing around the tree stumps we had cut down last year. This all still needs doing but its been so hot that today I might find some soil out and fill in the two big holes in the lawn that the squirrel has dug out, one is quite big! We tried to before but it dug it up again so this time the chilly and garlic spray will be used on it, or the neem oil. Today is forecast to be "only" 25° feeling like 27° though its very cloudy and much, much cooler atm. I've just looked out of my living room window and noticed that one of the huge trees over the back of my garden has all golden leaves on it already!

Yesterday turned out to be a proper scorcher after a misty & chilly start. Looks like more of the same today. After a dog walk, I'll be doing more clearing and pruning in the orchard.

Theatre this afternoon as a friend and I wanted to see it before it closes…. Clueless. It’s a musical and it’s had decent reviews but just hasn’t sold well enough.

Intention for this evening is to go out out but only time will tell if I am actually up for that as it’s an hour each way by train. But it might be fun so who knows.
 
Good morning! An 8.4 for me. Had a nasty spike into the teens yesterday afternoon/evening but not very sure why (heat, dehydration despite drinking a pint of water hourly, diuretic, WHY). It stayed around 6 through the early hours till DP came to play.

Had kippers for breakfast got the first time this year. (licking lips emoji)

O ercsst and a lot cooler..
 
Morning all and 6.4 for me.

It almost feels chilly this morning. I'm not complaining after a day gardening and an evening in the Studio/sauna yesterday.

I've got some on line promoting to do to catch the stragglers for our shows in a fortnight.

after breakfast off to IKEA need a few things to finish the relocation of my home office into a corner of the front room, I’m sure this is the right thing to move this all out of my bedroom, help me back to a more relaxed and organised person (hopefully)
also we need to look for a new freezer for the garage, Mrs @goodybags tells me she spotted something in Costco recently, so if we are going to Costco and IKEA it might be dangerous to our bank account.
