Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning 6.9 today

Morning all, raised levels of 8.9 today :(
Back to school today!
Someone told me last term "sitting is the new smoking" (!) and, as keeper of the library, I do this far too much! I'm aiming to work in some walks around the school between classes this half term, starting today.

A good early morning folks. 7.7! That’ll be the freshly baked slice of bread and butter I couldn’t resist at 10pm last night. It’s gets boring being a paragon of virtue all the time.😉

We’re off to the lakes this morning, Mr Eggy has to deliver some photos to a judge in Keswick ( Camera Club business) so we’re going to have a stroll up Latrigg. Just a small Wainwright, but we’ve never done it, we don’t do Keswick that often, too busy, and I worked there for a year so it doesn’t feel exciting, although it’s a lovely little town and we do enjoy a wander to Derwent Water on occasion. It shouldn’t be a long day, but you never know, Mr E picked up his camera from the repair shop on Saturday after two VERY long months away ( for us both) so lots of photos, no doubt, will be taken!

Have a Happy Monday. Forecast not too bad after yesterday’s awful day.

Morning a 6.2 for me and another flat line overnight and decent sleep.
Decided to avoid the awful weather and just had a very lazy day watching TV etc.A nice w/ end and a little achey from digging garden on Saturday and have trip to dentist today.
I don’t mind the dentist at all but will be pleased when that is over.
Have a good week all

Morning all. 6.8 for me before breakfast, after a flat uneventful night. Very wintry here last evening, so I hope today is a little less so, as I need to get my prescription refilled and do not want to get soaked in the process.

Morning all and 5.7 for me.

Car in for MOT, rabbit at vets to have his teeth sorted.

Have a good day everyone.
Don’t get them mixed up and drop the rabbit off for an MOT!

5.4

And twice in the last four days I’ve weighed in at under 82kg! Yay!

Yesterday I reserved a spot on a day trip from Miami down to Key West and for the Tuesday I’m in Miami post cruise. We disembark Sunday, Monday lunchtime I’ve booked a walking food tour of Little Havana and then I’m hoping I’ll find a museum of something to amuse myself with. The Tuesday is now a full day trip to the keys (but I can cancel anytime until 5th November) which leaves me Tuesday evening in South Beach for dinner and wandering plus pretty much the full day on the Wednesday I fly home.
I’m thinking that can be a bit of a mooch around the shops maybe and just chilling out by the pool.
That said I might knock the Key West day on the head and use the day to laze on the beach.
For those who’ve been to Miami, what do you think?

And back to today, need to contact the GP to book blood tests this week, next week and week after as per dermatology consultant instructions.

Seeing MJ, the Michael Jackson musical later this week in a departure from my usual highbrow cultural style and m looking forward to it! I might even possibly get back to the gym!

Notification from the hospital just received. They did an Hba1c last week.

Morning all. A very surprising 10 for me!! I've spiked overnight as well according to the graph though i must have slept through the alarm, i don't remember it going off. At bedtime i was in the high 4s so had a small piece of cheese and a tiny handful of peanuts. Oh well.

Today, all that is planned is a trip to mums to help her in/out of the shower and do a few jobs for her while she's in it.

@eggyg enjoy your trip out today.

Jumped back into the 6s with a 6.4 this morning, which I suspect is the hangover from a new tray bake recipe that my wife tried for dinner yesterday and which gave me a 7.0 post-prandial.

The strong winds arrived here on schedule yesterday but the rain came later than forecast, and wasn't as heavy, but it rained all evening and was raining when our youngest left for work just before 7, so it's all a bit wet out there. I think we got off pretty lightly compared to places west of us, though.

Heading off to M&S in nearby Bracknell this morning once I've had a coffee, read the paper and shaved, so that I'm out of the way while having 3 WFH.

That's a great HbA1c result @ColinUK

Enjoy the start to the week, everyone.
