Group 7-day waking average?

Chocolate milk! 😱
I know
It’s a recipe from Three Ingredient Baking. I’ve not made anything from this book before but it intrigued me.

Morning all. 7.0 here.

Thanks @Grannylorraine and @eggyg - it was VERY windy yesterday, howling thru the house at times. The beach must be quite sheltered tho, because it wasn’t too bad and the sea wasn’t as wild as I’d expected. There’s a new webcam pointing at the beach, so we can see the sea from the sofa now LOL! Some crazy fool was working on the roof of one of the apartment blocks on the sea front - nutter! I hope your patch of Wales wasn’t badly effected @TinaD.

Time to venture out. Puppy needs to stretch her little legs...

Interesting ingredient, I suppose chocolate does go with cherries, I hate cherries but they use it a lot on Masterchef! 😉
It’s the same idea as soaking the fruits in tea I guess. But it also adds some fat into the mix at the same time.
I love cherries but not really glacé ones.

GM to everyone.

5.3 for me as the day of reckoning ie Hba1c test gets closer and closer.

Wishing you all a lovely Sunday, hopefully the strong winds will die down.

A 5.9 for me today.

Dez

Morning everyone - 7.8 here. I forgot to bolus for my biscuits yesterday and didn't really want to do a correction as was going out and still unsure how that works so my lovely green average glucose 7 day graph has a nasty orange bar on it (so it was obviously touch and going being completely green anyway). Hopefully get it looking nice again before Tuesday as we're displaying our results on the screen at my diabetes course and want to be the teacher's pet! Very blustery here this morning but no rain thank goodness, so the puppies are dry. I sang with my new village choir last night which was fun - we did a few songs after the village Christmas Light turn on - luckily we retired to the village hall for the singing rather than the original plan of being outside! We all wore Christmas jumpers and it was lovely. Have a good day everyone xxx

5.8 for me
You all have a good day

17 sleeps till Santa comes

Good morning - 5.5

Have a great day everyone.

Darragh seems to have blown through here and it's quite calm and dry outside at the moment, unlike yesterday when we popped over to Henley-on-Thames and braved the cold wind and the rain to do a bit of Xmas shopping. Disappointed to see Quba, one of my favourite shops, is closing down Then, when we went for lunch at The Chocolate Cafe, as we always do, we saw that it's up for sale, along with the flats above it, so maybe that's closing too.

Congratulations @Gwynn @ColinUK and @goodybags on today’s HSs. I could only manage a 5.9 this morning.

I think today's a day for staying in and doing some household chores. My wife is off for a day out with a former co-worker friend and our youngest has a shift at Tesco. Not sure whether our eldest and his girlfriend have any plans but there's no futsal this weekend so they have a free day.

Hope no one's having to clean up after the storm. Saw some footage of Blackpool and there was a bit of a sandstorm that would have done credit to your average desert.

Stay Safe.

Morning

4.8 today after another night spent in the bathroom, think I may have to stop the Mounjaro as I can’t believe I have had 2 stomach upsets in 10 days.

Congratulations to todays HS, @Gwynn @goodybags and @ColinUK

@Bloden - pleased to hear you were not affected.

@ColinUK - intrigued by a fruit cake that uses chocolate milk.

Still wet and windy out there, but I know it has not been nearly as bad here as some places.

Morning all. 9.9, not surprising as i've been full of cold the last couple of days.

Congratulations to our trio of HSers.

Morning a 6.6 for myself but another decent line overnight.Really fresh morning to blow cobwebs away after awful weather of yesterday.
Just hunkered down except for a mid morning walk to a Waitrose just to get some fresh air and when we thought the storm was easing but only a respite.
Anyway off to lunch out today simply to do something and have a little trip out.
Enjoy rest of w/ end

A late Sunday morning couldn't hear the alarm because the winds 😉
(just kidding was tired and stayed in bed)
so my BS is pretty bad a 7.3 for me today learnd my lessen
so all of you have a nice calm Sunday

5.4 today for me.

Hope everyone is ok and not suffered any damage yesterday. Thankfully it seems a bit quieter today and much less wind here than yesterday. Bit better for the dog walkers today :

Off to visit my wife’s aunt in Ireland tomorrow, the flight’s not until around 4pm so no rush. Looking forward to a few days over there.

Congratulations to @Gwynn @goodybags and @ColinUK our trio of HSers today!

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning everyone! 8'7 for me.

I hope you've not been affected too badly by the weather. In my corner of Devon there were strong winds that made my walks to and from work rather unpleasant, but no other damage as far as I'm aware.

Another busy evening at work, but it was much better than the previous one. Judging by the schedule, next week is going to be very quiet until we get the next lot of parties on the weekend. I have a lot of time off before that, so I'll take the chance to decorate and go to Exeter for Christmas shopping. Including their lovely festive market, weather permitting!

5.2 for me today congrats to all my fellow HS, looks like a day of watching Christmas films which I love, leg of Lamb in the oven for later hubby daughter and her boyfriend just started putting the loft flooring down. weather still bad hoping it will be better tomorrow hubby has appointment at the doc for his bloods before his next scan due at the end of the month, they won't make him an appointment until they check hid bloods because of the contrast, then he wants to go to the gym, we haven't beed for the last 3 weeks because of all the home improvement he has done, he said he can't wait to go back for a rest , have a good day everyone

Afternoon all, it's been a bit of a hectic morning here, finally got to turn the PC on,
so this mornings BG was a happy 5.3 not bad as I ate 8 squares of choccy last night.

Have a good rest of the day folks.

Congratulations @Pam123 on your HS today!
