Group 7-day waking average?

A 6.6 again today.
Have a blessed day!

Morning all. A nice 5.7 to start my birthday.

@eggyg lovely photos. Have a good time.
@Grannylorraine i hope you have a better day at work today. Take care.
@Bloden i've never seen/heard of a flat christmas tree! I'll check them out as older daughter has never had a tree since she moved out. The cats would have a great time with it.

Have a good day everyone.
Happy birthday, hope you have a lovely day

Ah, yes. The vacutainer system. I can always tell when my trust have 'rationalised' on equipment and changed to a cheaper supplier. I'm pretty good at taking blood normally but the new kit we have means holding the bottle at an awkward angle so as not to lose the vacuum - you can hear and feel when you do. My argument is that it's not an economy if you need twice the equipment!!

5.9 for me today. And a day covering a colleagues clinc. Well, me and a student. So, fingers crossed we don't run too far behind as it's busy!!
Ah, thank you for that , it’s always useful to have an insight on what’s going on!

Happy birthday @freesia have a fab-u-lous day.

Good morning so was 5.1 on getting up just after 6am
although didn’t sleep well and @04:46 woke for a bathroom visit and was 5.2
so can I claim that as a HS today ?

had a roofing company up on our roof yesterday, they replaced the RHS of the dormer, just now had a message from them they can come back and sort out the other side today
as you can see, it looks more aesthetically pleasing in UPVC but most importantly it should at last be watertight (everything crossed) the bill will be slightly higher than I hoped but still not to excessive so that’s one good thing

@Grannylorraine hope today is a better day at work for you, well done @ColinUK on not putting on weight whilst on holiday, did you bring us all back rock ? Happy Birthday @freesia

Have a Wonderful Wednesday everyone 😎

Didn’t bring any rock back for anyone!

@freesia Happy birthday to you!

6.1 this morning for me

6.8 thought it would be lower. At least sun is out today. I bought some frittata at the country market yesterday. Think I will have one for breakfast. I also bought a vegetable quiche but pastry would be better after a walk.

5.7 for me (Again)

Happy Birthday @freesia  and well done to @goodybags 🙂

A nice round 6 for me today.
Only 3 weeks 'til Christmas 😱
Dez

Morning everyone, a higher than average 6.2 for me on this nice sunny morning, it does make a pleasant change to see a clear blue sky and the sun shining I’ll perhaps do some work clearing up in the garden today.

Have a good day everyone and stay well.

And for me today was a uprising 9.3 looks like cant get happy to fast about being steady with the BS levels and as of now its by a downhill of 3.1 so siting and drinking my beloved fresh orange juice that i make for my lows
so all have a good day and enjoy life😎

Wrong side of the border with a 6.2 on a cool and damp Berkshire morning. Damn that tub of Cadbury's Heroes that appeared in the lounge yesterday. Opened the curtains to find our outside Xmas lights were merrily twinkling. They're on a timer switch and should have gone off at midnight. Couldn't see anything wrong with the switch but might swap it for another one. We have several.

My wife and our eldest are in their offices today and our youngest is about to leave for his shift at Tesco, so I'll be on me tod until tea time. Bliss - a rare day to myself..! I can wrap some Xmas presents while no one's around.

Happy Birthday @freesia - hope you have a good day and get thoroughly spoilt - and sort-of congrats @goodybags

Have a good day, all.

Morning all - welcome to a grey and damp Cornish morning with a stiff breeze building up.

7.6 or 7.0. Was woken at 5:30 am by an alarm I have never heard before. Looking at my PDM it said "Urgent - Low" and showed 2.9 with a downward arrow. I'd been in a deep sleep, so was rather slow and fumbled around with the PDM until the info sunk in. Then realised I actually didn't feel hypo, so tested BG which was 7.6. Sucking the blood off my thumb I tasted sweetness, so tested the other thumb. Sure enough 7.6. Confident that I was OK I settled down to sleep again, only this time to be woken by another alarm saying the sensor had lost signal. By now I was a bit worried as I don't have another. This one has 8 days to go and I put in a prescription request on Monday. Switched PDM to manual mode and managed to get to sleep again only to sleep through to 10:14 when I woke to 7.0 and the sensor working again. Conclusion: Compression low. First one I've had for years.

Today I have a free afternoon so am making Sabrina Ghayour's Pomegranate glazed meatballs which I'll serve with linguine and wilted spinach rather than the (ponced about) rice she suggests as I tolerate pasta better. Then at 5ish down the local for "Wobbly Wednesday" when locals get 20% off drinks and we meet up with our friends for a couple of hours. Home and meatballs.

Sort of Congrats to @goodybags on your sort of HS.

Have a happy day all

Thank you everyone for your good wishes. I've had a lovely day so far. Some lovely gifts of friends and family and a friend took me out for coffee then back to hers for lunch and a very relaxed afternoon chatting. This evening i'm cooking dinner then i'll be catching up with some crochet and tv alongside hubby. We did a lot of walking at the weekend, as well as a lot of eating and drinking, so i need to get back to normality now.
