5.9 on another frosty morning, though not as hard a frost as yesterday. Didn't need the scraper to clear the car, just de-icer and wipers.
Had to go and pick up our youngest from Tesco yesterday evening as his car wouldn't start. Tried the old test of trying to start it with the headlights on and, sure enough, they practically went out, so it's the battery suffering from the cold. No jump leads so had to leave the car there and we'll go back today, via Halfords, and sort it out.

@Eternal422 - AAA screening actually isn't that new. It's been routinely offered for a while now to all men in the year they turn 65. I had mine 11 years ago (an Ultrasound, which showed no issue).
Forecast for here is for max 3 degrees today, a little less cold tomorrow, and back in double figures at the weekend which means, inevitably, that it's going to be a wet one.
