Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning - 5.5

Have a great day everyone.

Morning a 6.9 and another gentle decline after wife “ forced” some Lemon Drizzle cake down me just before bed.
Off to Manchester today for her post op appointment so away early as have to drop son off for work before we head off.
Then a days holiday so maybe a nice coffee and cake on way home as will be back before lunch.
Have a good day all and congrats on HS Eggy you are on a roll.

I’ll have an eggy roll today too please!

5.2!

Seeing this later today:

It’s a musical comedy about the rivalry between Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci.

It has them as ex lovers I think. It’s meant to be as camp as a row of tents in a field so I’m hoping it’s a bit of fun.

My Eggy rolls usually came with Mayo or Cress but not for breakfast.

Good morning everyone

BG 5.0 nice

In fact all health readings good, excellent.

I discovered a combination of just 2 sounds on my keyboard yesterday, beautiful, perfect for a slow, sad song. A choir in the lower keys and an alto saxaphone in the upper keys. Truly hauntingly sad. Great!

Today, not sure, I might just give today a miss!

Have a great day today whatever you are doing

Morning folks. 11.0 for me - I’ve got a stinker of a cold, so I’m blaming that!
My only class is this evening, so I’m going back to bed once I’ve walked the dogs. Achooo!

Wow, lots of HSes, well done everyone.

Ooh, it's crowded on the step this morning! Congrats to my fellow HSers!

Definitely have this sensor positioned differently. I get a compression low most nights around 2.

Clinic today. I have a student working with me today so it'll be nice to have company and an extra pair of hands as it's a busy, full one.

It's also Mr B's birthday - he's a bonfire baby, although thankfully his parents didn't call him Guy

Hope everyone hasa good day!

Wow! So many HSers, congrats to you all.

Well done to all those who got a House Special. 🙂 I got a 5.7 Heinz Special.

Morning All

4.9 for me today, spoke to the doc about the awful dizzy spells, suggested it was low blood pressure, I took my blood pressure straight after and it was 121/75, which I thought was a good reading, this morning it was 120/75, so I don’t think it is low blood pressure, anyway I have an appointment with the nurse tomorrow to discuss with her.

Congratulations to all our HS today, @eggyg @ColinUK @goodybags and @BobbleHat

Also congratulations to yesterday’s HS.

Good morning all and it’s a 5.6 today for me.

Congratulations to @eggyg, @ColinUK, @goodybags and @BobbleHat - wow, what a crowded HS step today!

My wife’s sister is coming today to stay a couple of days so we’ll be picking her up from the railway station later on. Other than that not much else planned.

Take care everyone!

Hopped back over the border again with a 6.1 this morning after being tantalizingly close to an HS for the last couple of days. Congratulations @eggyg @ColinUK @goodybags and @BobbleHat on yours.

As I thought, our youngest's first day at Tesco was all induction and training. He arrived home wearing a Tesco jacket and with a copy of his employment contract. So used to seeing him in Sainsbury's gear, which he still has by the way. I would have thought they'd have wanted it back. No shift today, 10 till 7 tomorrow.

My sister's husband has been in intensive care with pneumonia for the last three days but she messaged me yesterday evening to say he'd been moved to the respiratory ward, so that was good news. He's a little older than me and has COPD, so a bout of pneumonia was never going to be anything but bad. Hopefully he's well on the way to recovery and going home soon.

The dreaded 3 WFH yesterday turned out to be 2 WFH, as our eldest's girlfriend woke up feeling unwell and stayed in bed all day. I can cope with 2 WFH as they each have their own home office. It's when the kitchen gets drafted in as well that it becomes difficult.

Whatever your plans, have a good day.

Good morning! 9.3 after a slightly puzzling overnight run I will post separately.

Ready and waiting since 8:00am as Wheelchair Services between and 8:00 and 18:00 and District Nurse between 9:00 and 12:00. DN slot not too bad as one a year ago was 8:00 to 20:00 and appeared the following day! With all the technology you would think there would be a degree of scheduling and (like Amazon) a message to say they are a few visits away! In between have a supermarket delivery and would not be surprised if all three and milkman arrive together!

Grey and overcast!

Good morning. 6.7 on this grey and chilly morning.

House hunt is driving me nuts. Put tentative offers/inquiries on 2 properties yesterday. One, very near where I live, minute bungalow, it needs a 30sqm extension and some stables. It only has 2.6 acres, mega tree stumps to dig out and no garden. It is however in a quiet location with no near neighbours, keep my same Dr and handy for local chums. I doubt they will leap into accepting a £75k reduction but one can only ask. The other depends on being able to buy in a 4 acre field - no news on that yet. Only 5 miles from current lovely neighbours and keep same Dr.

No sooner had I got all that into the agents thick skull than an email alert popped up. 4 bed. 18 acres, 3 miles from Cardigan, sea views, needs cosmetic updating, a water filtration system and a stable/hay shed building. Well within budget but has one neighbour (beautiful new house, v. tidy) very close by - the houses are about 15m apart but do not overlook each other. Be OK as long as they aren't into heavy metal I suppose.

I drove over to have a look - not the prettiest building in Wales but good sized rooms. Needs a much bigger garden which, with a swift planning application, could be provided. Means changing Dr but Cardigan has a swish new health centre. There is also a bus which passes the end of the drive on an hourly basis - handy if I lose my licence. Life is so full of compromises: which do I go for? Poor capital gain for the grandkids? Camping out in tiddly box while major building works go round me? Accepting neighbours that close? Aargh! Head clutching time.

Meanwhile *** CONGRATULATIONS **** to the plethora of 5.2s - particularly @eggyg who is being niftily repetitive. Well done one and all.

It sounds a bit like the symptoms of Meniere's disease, vertigo, dizziness, loss of balance. It is associated with inner ear problems.
I hope your nurse can help.

The last place seems the best bet to me... the close neighbours might well be lovely people. Not me who has to live there though. One of our neighbours is just lovely and we've become friends whilst respecting each other's privacy. The one on the other side we do not like at all... but beyond being polite if we bump into her we do not have anything to do with her.
