Group 7-day waking average?

Good morning! Late today as exhausted after yesterday. I did not get home till 5:30 with staff having to keep the physiotherapy unit open and avoiding a lone worker situation (a patient cannot count towards this). Ate a little extra as metabolism always faster for one to two days after physio. Woke to a 7.1.

No appointments but need to do what I had planned for yesterday afternoon as well as today.

Cloudy.

Good morning. 6.3

Hope you are all over your busy hauntings and terrors and had a properly gruesome time. I went to bed with a book and happily ignored the whole thing. Slept like the dead.

Off to view another hovel today. I can't get very enthusiastic as it has a cess pit and the land doesn't look as if it would pass a percolation test so up to £20k needed for a sewage treatment plant...since it also has a private water supply I hope it wasn't cholera which occasioned the vacancy.

@Bloden See you are visiting Ceredigion this week end - enjoy!
@goodybags and @eggyg Congratulations on the HSs.

Have a happy day or, if sadly depressed, imagine me beating an estate agent over the head with a clipboard - got to be a cheering image.

HS congrats @eggyg and @goodybags

Boooo to the stubborn 3.5 @freesia

Have an amazing time at the Festival @Bloden - anyone you are particularly looking forward to seeing?

5.1 for me when my alarm went off, and then 5.3 after I’d snoozed it for 9 minutes - does that count?! :D

5.8 for me on this dull, grey but surprisingly mild November morning. Had a busy Halloween yesterday evening but ran out of treats by 7 o'clock so we quickly took down all our decorations so that no one else would knock, and no one did.

Shopping later, as usual on a Friday, but in the meantime a coffee and the newspaper.

@goodybags and @eggyg Congratulations on the HSs and have a lovely anniversary cruise @Snowwy

Enjoy Poet's Day.

Morning

5.4 today, only plans are reading and attempting to knit again, yesterday I felt dizzy as soon as I picked up my knitting. No trick or treaters last night which is surprising as we live in on a massive housing estate.

@eggyg and @goodybags - congratulations on your HS.

@Snowwy - enjoy your trip and congratulations on your anniversary

Morning type one brittel for forty years this month , if I go below 6.7 it keeps going down this morning it was 8.9 . How long after food do you retest your blood.
Don't you have a continuous glucose monitor, either a Libre 2+ or Dexcom? If not I should ask your consultant or DSN for one, all T1s are entitled to them. That way you can see where your BGs are all the time.

Morning all - unlike yesterday when it was sunny all day, today is grey and dreary, but at least no wind.

6.4 this morning - as good as I can expect from the HCL.

Well, after all the fuss yesterday (running to Morrisons for supplies) the spinach polenta was a huge disappointment and the pork chops were tough. Making a cottage pie today.

We only had one ring on the door last night which wasn't surprising as we didn't have decorations or a pumpkin outside and the village children know not to knock on doors where there are no decorations. I felt a bit mean, but to be honest I had completely forgotten the pumpkin/decorations thing.

Congratulations @eggyg and @goodybags on your HSs.

Have a good one folks.

Was a 6.9 for me this morning.Bloody fireworks going off all last night .Though they have been since September.Back in the day it was only Bonfire night .Now goes on till Xmas and New year.and during the day as well. Now tripping over discarded pumpkins coming along the road Rant over Just getting warmed up till I go food shopping this afternoon.Congatulations to @ eggy g and @goodybags on your Hs.Stay safe folks .And watch them discarded pumpkins

Morning everyone, a 6.0 for me earlier this grey morning.
.

We're away for a couple of days, back tomorrow, but today we have come to Swanage. Its a lovely day with sun in and out but mild. @Martin.A isn't it Swanage you go to? Just had a lovely walk on the pier and all the way down the front. Now stopped for a glass of wine overlooking the sea. If this is retirement, its lovely.

Yes, we've been to Swanage several times, staying at a B&B, a Youth Hostel (with a group of friends) or just as a day trip. The Isle of Purbeck is one of our favourite UK regions, up there with the Cotswolds.

You may have noticed that there are hundreds of plaques fixed to the pier floor. You got one if you donated to the pier renovation and could pick your own inscription. Our friends group one says Thrown Together, Friends Forever because we all met at ante-natal classes when expecting our first-borns back in 1999 and have stayed friends ever since.

How lovely. We did wonder about the plaques, there are so many of them! We'r3 going to Weymouth next year and hope to go back to Swanage for a day. We'll keep a look out for your plaque.
