Before Tea/Evening Meal

5.3 for me. Only some of the carbs in my tea are because I'm eating up the large cauliflower cheese I bought for a teenager who seems to have gone off them... I also popped into M&S food when I went to a retail park and they had reduced chocolate pots....
 
another 5.2 this evening from me tonight which was pleasant to see

having done really not alot today,
spoke to a GP then just been and collected another week's course of antibiotics

ride this afternoon as well.
