Before Tea/Evening Meal

Okay, mine tonight was a 14.9!! I went to the hospital today, for my annual endoscopy, I wasn't allowed to eat after
07.30 this morning and my appointment was at 1.30 this afternoon. Anyway, they did a blood check pre-opp and it
was 4.2 after the opp it had dropped to 3.8 so they gave me a sandwich, three bourbon biscuits a glass of orange
juice and a cup of tea with sugar in - hence my 14.9 before dinner - never had one that high before.

And it's a 6.6 for me on this day filled with sunshine and showers....
.
 
Weird.
Visit to the customer’s site in Cardiff and a huge lasagne for lunch.

Pre tea BG: 4.5?!?
 
Evening all, it is a lowly 4.3 for me this fine sunny evening, I think I will need a muffin tonight before
going to bowls, but dinner comes first.

Decided to play along! 5.5 before dinner tonight.
 
And tonights offering is a 5.7 which I'm happy with after an exhausting day gardening....

4.8 tonight, despite a quiet WFH day.

Evening all, mine tonight is a 4.7 - I didn't get time for a lunch today so it's a low one.
