For some reason I went up into the red before lunch but now a much more reasonable 7.7. My fault for saying I was 80%+ IR! ;(

I'd give it away to someone who is going hungry rather than waste it. I'd share on Olio but I don't drive and there are too many hurdles as usual put in your way by the system.

it has reduced my glucose levels somewhat and given me quite a bit of extra exercise as well.
